I’ve been in the store several times since moving to Missoula in 7/2024. Every associate has been friendly and very helpful. Today they really shined. I was near tears due to an urgent package delivery that was not supposed to require signature but did, and therefore was not delivered yesterday to my home as planned. It caused a cascade of financial repercussions so when I arrived at the store this morning and it was not yet there, I was extremely frustrated. The associate I worked with (I’m so sorry I didn’t get his name) immediately offered to call the UPS distribution center and had them pull it out and hold it for me so I could pick it up there. You saved me a ton of money and frustration, I’m so grateful! Thank you for handling my hysteria with grace and phenomenal customer service!

Troy was a-MA-zingly helpful today. He helped me figure out several options to get a package to friends on the road - and he knew all the important questions to ask, potential additional costs, possible delay issues, given I was trying to ship something into Canada. He came up with a cheaper and sure solution to ship to it overnight to Kalispell where they could hold the pkg in store for my friends’ pick up. Thank you Troy, thank you UPS and thank you other clients who were patient as we worked thru options.

Staff at the Broadway location in Missoula, Montana are phenomenal! Always prompt professional and friendly. Getting my mail and printing is a breeze!!

This store always provides amazing and fast customer service. Never have to wait. Troy was especially great- customer service like he provided is hard to come by these days. It’s nice to be greeted by friendly staff who appear to enjoy doing what they do. Thank you Troy!

Absolutely love going to this UPS store, even if it's further than others. Will always take my buisness here. Eridick(spelling?) Assistant manager is phenomenal and soo kind all the time. Same with the other bearded guy with long hair. Absolutely love seeing them when I come in. Answer all of my questions and never make me feel silly for asking anything!

Good place to get a mailbox although they never answer their phone. I tried to call the store. I did not know what option to select. I wanted to close my mail box and have it forwarded. My mail just stacked up. Unless you go in good luck contacting someone local at the store when you call their number.

Love this place. Been in here like half a dozen times. They are always polite and very helpful. Honestly a joy, which is a bit surprising because mailing things is usually a pain.

Worst UPS store ever! UPS in general has declined. You can't even call the store directly. UPS doesn't care about its customers.
