When I FINALLY found an associate, I was treated like I was a complete inconvenience. I showed her a picture and she said that’s up by the travel section and walked away. Needless to say, I did not get what I went in there for!

Pros: Tons of makeup, hair care, etc... whatever you need- they likely have it. Cons: Hard to find someone to help you find what you're seeking b/c the employees are too busy gossiping/story telling w/eachother.

I called to ask if they carried 20 vol developer or any developer & had to be put on hold so the girl who answered the call could look into it! After a 6 min hold I was expecting an answer at the very least! "I think she said we have some that's not with the package"is what the employee said to me?? Idk wym??

Love Ulta, but can never shop long -- the perfumes are just so overwhelming. I usually try to look online for things I want to check out so that I can make my shopping trip quick.

Don't expect employees here to be helpful or even care about assisting customers.

I love coming to Ulta to get my eyebrows waxed and to be able to buy my favorite beauty products locally (I’ve had issues with stuff I’ve ordered by mail getting lost or stolen). The staff really are the best part- a lot of friendly people who will spend all the time you want helping you find whatever you’re looking for and answering questions. (Shout out to Cassie who helped me out yesterday morning! I appreciate you so much!)

Personal experience is not good. Shelves not stocked seeked out a representative- not helpful at all. Pricing should be better.

I went into the store to get help from an associate instead of ordering online, I just wanted to see what shampoo and conditioner worked best for curtly hair and can spend hours online. When I asked the first girl she told me a certain brand and they were having a liter sale so she handed me the 2 that were included the sale. When I went to pay one rang up over 80 dollars and I explained it was on sale the girls said it in fact was not and any and grabbed a different one that was included in the sale, the bottle said co wash which I am unfamiliar with and I wanted a conditioner so I said oh I didn't want a2 in 1 I need conditioner and she explained that it is in fact conditioner just named different. So I took her at her word. The reason for this review is I think y'all need more training. People can't afford to waste money and we trust you know what you are doing so that don't happen.

I understand about the loyalty program and how the store can not accept returns if you are not signed up. However, I do not understand why the employees need to be rude when you decline to sign up and give them your number. Whenever I go in, decline giving my phone number, and say "no thank you" to all of their attempts to get me to sign up they are rude, glare at me, and are very cold for the rest of our-interaction. If the employees are that negatively impacted by my refusing to give them my number that they take it out on me, then Ulta needs to change their policy's and how they treat their employees.
