Good place for clearance items like cologne. Also wife likes the selection. Sometimes the customer service is a bit lacking. However I hold myself to a high standard. Not sure others have the same work ethic.

When I FINALLY found an associate, I was treated like I was a complete inconvenience. I showed her a picture and she said that’s up by the travel section and walked away. Needless to say, I did not get what I went in there for!

Pros: Tons of makeup, hair care, etc... whatever you need- they likely have it. Cons: Hard to find someone to help you find what you're seeking b/c the employees are too busy gossiping/story telling w/eachother.

I called to ask if they carried 20 vol developer or any developer & had to be put on hold so the girl who answered the call could look into it! After a 6 min hold I was expecting an answer at the very least! "I think she said we have some that's not with the package"is what the employee said to me?? Idk wym??
