The two young men who helped us were polite and, professional. They arrived early and went right to work. We really appreciate the service we received from the Missoula office and the crew who helped with the move.

To give you an idea about the cost to move an upright piano, a washer and a dryer between two locations 2.3 miles apart: $460. They charge $265/h for the travel time to and from your location and it took three movers a total of one hour and 45 minutes to move the three items. Honestly, all the work should be done within no more than one and a half hour. There were moments they just milked the time. BTW, they started to time the job at 2:45pm when I received the phone call at 2:50pm.

We have used Two Men and Truck 4 times now. The first 3 times they were great! The movers hustled and got everything done in a timely manner. And they were friendly. This last time, the movers were abrupt and not friendly. They would hardly talk or communicate very much. We had to move my mom who is battling bone cancer. My husband and I were the ones facilitating the move. The movers tried to come 2 hours early and we were not ready. But the biggest problem was they moved so slow
They milked the clock for ALL it was worth. They were slow and got agitated with us when we asked them any questions. The worst part is they would not lift a cooler into my truck for me. I have a bad back and my husband was at the new apartment. I asked the younger guy if they could just lift it for me. He said yes the "guy in charge" said no, it was a liability. Then they wanted a tip after milking the clock and bad consumer service. My mom is a widow and 76 years old. We used Two Men and Truck every time she had to move. Same amount of boxes and furniture. Nothing changed. I was very disappointed amd frustrated with them this time. I would be leary to recommend them again. Maybe it was this new crew? But the charge was over $500 and they took their sweet time. If management reaches out and at least tries to rectify a few things, then I will adjust my review.

Nolan, Henry and Matthew arrived to help me move. They were incredibly professional and very helpful. I so appreciated all of their help and muscles! Would totally recommend two men and a truck! Thank you!!

I needed help loading a truck to move. 2 Men and a Truck were so easy to work with, setting up the move to the gentleman that moved my belongings. Both Daniel and Nolan were professional, kind and mindful of time. I am just so thankful that everything worked out so well. ??♂️??♂️?

Over scheduled. Over priced. Left me with one last piece of furniture which they would not move. This was costing me about $300 a day. I contacted other movers who had no problem moving this piece saving me thousands of dollars in rent money. They could not understand why moving this was a problem. The initial price was $500. I was then charged over $750 and the job was not complete. Totally I was charged over $1000 ! For an incomplete fiasco. This was for a small 2 bedroom apartment, just a mile away. My friends and I actually moved alot of it. Find other movers. Had I not been Saved by other Movers - I would have been charged every day I was not out, by $300.

I have used this company multiple times and their service has been good, the staff are friendly and professional. The company double charges customers for travel time ($180-250/hr). You get charged for the time the team travels to your home, which seems fair. Then you get charged for the time the team travels to their next destination (another customer’s home) which is questionable. The next customer also pays for the same transit time as the team is traveling to their home. I asked the company about this fee structure and was told it is “company policy” and there’s nothing I can do about it. All of this was obvious just from chatting with the movers, it’s not subtle. It’s a small grievance, but for the amount I’m paying it doesn’t seem right to pay for transit twice when the next customer is doing the same.
Edit: As a reply to the owner below me - the movers were done at my house at 12:30 and he put 12:45 as the end time in the ipad for the "Transit time" fee. Then he called the next customer in front of me and told them they were on their way and would be there at 12:45. They were not returning to your office. I called your front desk to confirm this fee structure before posting this review and they confirmed what happened and again said it was "company policy". The movers were not returning to the office and you are double charging.

The whole process, from first phone call to then end of the move, Two Men and a Truck excelled in customer service, flexibility, attention to detail and in an appropriate level of empathy for a divorce situation. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

I had Two Men and a Truck move 5 rooms of furniture into and out of my garage during flooring install. Holly, in the office, was wonderful. I received excellent help and the calls as the crews left to come to me were appreciated. All the movers were very courteous, friendly and treated my "treasures" and furniture with great care. I literally don't think I could have had a more positive moving experience with Two Men and a Truck! Joe, Josh, and the third gentleman (I don't remember your name, I'm so sorry!!) were punctual, professional, efficient, and took expert care moving my belongings. They made the otherwise arduous task of moving a breeze, and were kind and friendly to boot! I highly, highly recommend Two Men and a Truck - I won't use any other moving company!
