We were traveling in Missoula and ran into car trouble. Transolution Auto Care Center were the only ones who could get us in the same day. They quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and sent us on our way. We are so grateful!

5 stars all the way! We called and made an appointment to drop our truck off. They called the next day with the diagnosis. We were given an estimate and a time frame. They came in under the “worse case” estimate and finished a week early!!! We highly recommend this shop! We spoke Jerod each time and he was friendly and answered all our questions in a professional manner.
We are retired and travel so a warranty was a must for us. They gave us a nationwide warranty. Great shop!

I recently had another exceptional experience with Transolution Auto, and I can't speak highly enough of their services. Despite a major power outage, they managed to squeeze me in to replace the battery in my Prius—a challenging task due to it being a hybrid. They got me in the day before I left the day after they got power back and had everything fixed and buttoned up just in time for my trip. The car had no issues there or back and I drove about 20 hours without any issues.
The battery had been leaking acid all over the engine parts, but they expertly cleaned everything up and ensured my car was in top shape for the road. Their dedication and professionalism were truly impressive, and I am grateful for their quick and efficient service. This is my second five-star review for Transolution Auto, and I will continue to rely on them for all my automotive needs. Thank you for your outstanding work, and always quick and helpful service.

The guy on the phone was nice. But I am confused about all the reviews saying they will get you in the same day… I called for an alignment and they said I couldn’t get in for over a week. It’s just like every other shop around here.

They diagnosed that my Volvo’s control module was faulty. Then they wanted to charge me $1600 to replace it - $600 for diagnosis and labor and $1000 for the $200 part. Jared refused to give me the part number and told me they couldn’t install a part I brought in. I towed it to Billings to have the Volvo service center do the repair and with my AAA service covering the tow it came out to $422.50 for parts (which I bought and brought in) and labor. Yeah… not gonna use Transolution in the future ?♂️

Beginning of a road trip and we clipped a post with the horse trailer and bent the wheel well enough that the tires rubbed. Saturday afternoon and either no one was open or too busy to bend it out until the following week. Transolution not only told us to bring it by, but they worked quickly to get us back on the road. No charge and organic dog treats for the dog!I would recommend Transolution to anyone, any time. Awesome customer service!

I was highly disappointed after taking my truck in to have some minor carberator adjustments made. When I went in to pick up my truck that first night, I could barely get the thing to run as they were closing up for the night. Had to bring it back after it ran worse then when I first brought it in and still the truck had major issues. Took it to J&K Customs who was able to diagnose the problem which was simply crossed wires on my distributor. But Transolutuon charged me over $400 for nothing. Wouldn't recommend this shop at all!!!

Mr. Brian and his crew. I translation our top notch. You will not find better services anywhere else. They were very transparent. They met every need that I asked for. I am so grateful that I went with them. Anybody looking for a good auto shop? This is it! I wish there was a higher rating in five stars.

These guys were fantastic. Great customer service and took care of our vehicle same day. We had our wiper fluid system not functional and they had it fully cleared and replaced within an afternoon. Would highly recommend calling them for your car issues and we will definitely be back.

My car died while I was at the vet picking up my dogs who were just spayed. I couldn't believe the bad timing! These guys showed up 10 minutes after I called, did a quick diagnostic of my drained battery, got my car running, and back on the road to home. Superb customer service. Call them, you won't regret it!
