So I have tried to call this location but couldn't find a credible contact number.....I came in tonight very distressed from a personal issue and the person in the Liquor store was sooo kind and sweet and reassuring and everything a person in my state could ask for. I wish I could know this person's name and thank them personally. The amazing person was working Wednesday Feb 7th at 8:30pm

I had a similar experience as my friend had here and I walked up to the counter with my ID already out and ready and I say how's it going and he stares at me and holds out it his index and thumb in the shape of an ID and was kinda hostile the entire time, idk what his name was but he was a balding red haired man. I work in customer service as well and never treat my customers like this its not hard to be nice

1. Did not get greeted by cash share2. Parking lot is filthy3. And the final straw is when a homeless person was shooting up dope on the sidewalk in front of the store unacceptable .About 40 homeless people hanging out after dark not a very safe place to take your kids to go shopping not even to get gas. Hopefully whoever does business in the old Perkins building will run off the riff raff but until then keep your family safe and stay away

I've never had a sour experience at this station until I met a newer cashier by the name of Kyle today. you should find a new job because you have ZERO customer service skills.

My friend's family and I just had a great experience here. We had accidentally put a f'real cup in the machine with the lid on (oops) and the machine needed to be reset. James the cashier came over to help us. He was very nice and patient with my friends and their kids. At the end he gave my friends kids some snacks. It was such a kind thing to do and made their Christmas Eve very special. James went above and beyond to make a simple gas station visit memorable.

This Town Food Store does NOT discriminate against persons with disabilities at a time when neighboring businesses do discriminate. After facing an ADA Title III violation from a neighboring business, I was able to purchase food at this store without issue.

The manager of the liquor store refused to sell to me because of their "mask policy", last Saturday. Now I see today in the Missoulian's article that they are calling the cops on customers who refuse to wear their masks.Do yourself a favor and shop else where. Don't give this business your money and try to shop local.

January 10th 11:15 a.m. My girlfriend and I went in to buy a few things to drink and get some gasoline. We used cash. We realized after getting our car we needed some change, just 2 fives for a ten. I went back in to the same cashier and she told me she cant give out change. Not that it is impossible to get the change from the till......it is, and she even said that it was. This was just policy. Are you joking me? I understand there is a homeless camp close and you are being biast and hateful to the less fortunate by not giving out change to them. However lets just take your hate reason away for not giving change to people. What about common sense? What abouut being good to the customer that just bought a bunch of useless crap and gas from you? Instead of being nice and amiable to me when i complained, you tell me to never come back. Great business ladys, great business. The old hag and her fat side kick ought to get fired.....because we are bringing our familys business to a totally different gas station.

I was refused service for not wearing a mask. When I tried to explain, the person who appeared to be a manager informed me "we all have medical issues, but we still have to wear a mask."I will gladly return there without a mask and try to get service from a reasonable person.

Hands down the worst customer service. Employee was rude and was more interested in mask shaming someone then doing their job.
