“We were staying at a vrbo in Lolo and I had called them and asked if they carried my brand of cigarettes.. they did not but put in an order for me and when my order came in the following afternoon Otis went above and beyond and personally delivered them to me in Lolo!! Best customer service ever and much thanks to Otis!”
