Best customer service ever and much thanks to Otis!”

“NPC loyalty to there customers and ability to address a issue head on, with time management and making sure his staff is up to knowledge was out standing today.
Google would not let our 1 STAR MISUNDERSTANDING be edited. Unlike NPC I had to make a re-post where keegan with NPC got a misunderstanding cleared up with out the run around.
