We have been renting a storage unit with Titan for over a year. We are so pleased with our experience and also the improvements that were made! the lights and camera's that were installed and upgraded give me peace of mind. We recently had to move and had to switch from a smaller unit to a larger one for a month then back management made this so easy. I highly recommend this storage facility

This is the most wonderful storage unit I have ever had. Customer service in setting up was top notch. The security of this storage complex makes me fell very good about my belongings. Would highly recommend

We needed to rent a storage unit in Missoula Montana and coordinate getting it with our move from the East Coast. We contacted several companies but Amy at Titan was the most responsive. She quickly reached back out to us and got us a very nice unit that was just the right size and worked with our schedule. She was professional, helpful, courteous and aided us through the entire process. It was indeed a pleasure to work with Amy and Titan. I would highly recommend both Amy and Titan to individuals needing a storage unit.

No longer a 24 hr accessible facility. “New” management doesn’t hold a candle to the nice folks who use to own this place. Yes, they’ve cleaned it up, but whats made up for in looks has been taken away from any kind of customer service. Rates constantly increase and if you are one day late with payment you’re locked out.

Amy went above and beyond for us. The unit we thought we rented was still being built but Amy found a new unit for us and came over right away to get us in and able to unload. It was a huge issue that turned into a non issue within 30 minutes. Amazing

You guys are doing a great job cleaning this place up! We live in the neighborhood and appreciate the work you are putting into the yard. If you ever have trouble with the roofs, my husband and I own a roofing company and would love to help!
