I stopped into the South Avenue Tire-Rama with a low tire warning on one of my tires. They were closing up for the day, but Ralph was kind enough to check all my tires and fill them appropriately. He didn’t need to do that… But it was so appreciated! Thanks!!

We had the Broadway store put 5 new tires on our trailer last Monday. We made it 5 miles and the valve stem broke. Blew the tire flat. No one answered at the Broadway store but Woody did at the south Ave store. We told him where we were at and needed it fixed if he would please wait for us as it was Saturday. We made it there by 3:59 put new valve stem filled the other spare that had went flat already and then checked our rig tires. Thanks so much Woody for waiting for us and helping us get back on the road!

I have recently become a single Mother again struggling with other things as well. Learning not to rely on my ex-partner, I scheduled to get tires and oil changed. Prices were doable, but most importantly, their generosity and kindness is above and beyond. After a month of having oil changed, I heard noises like it was out of oil. I stop by, and they topped it off for me and checked it over to learn my engine is burning through it. I felt embarrassed and like an idiot, they showed care and kindness. Told me to come by periodically and they would check it for me. Thank YOU guys!!!

Small business. Been there for years. There’s a TireRama in most treasure state cities. There not perfect, but get your tires on. Reasonable. I’d rather get tires here than from the big out of state rats who just want you in and out like the burger joint.

Person on the phone was so rude and didn’t even know how to do their job. I don’t know much about cars, so when I call in and you know less than me, I will not be coming into your shop.

Dropped off the car for winter tire change out. That evening one of the tires was low. Was out of town for a week before I could bring the car back in to resolve issue of what was likely a just a bad seat during switching out.I brought it in middle of the day on a Saturday. I figured since it was a mistake they would squeeze me in. No apology, no option of a quick same day fix. The only offer was to come back in a few days. I insisted they fix the mistake. He snatched my keys and stormed out the front door, slamming it, saying he’d have to stay late to do it. This behavior reminded me of a little child. I wouldn’t have been there on a Saturday if the job had been done right the first time. This is the second time this business has made a mistake while switching out tires. The first was neglecting to fully tighten the lug nuts so that my wheel started shaking while on the highway.I’ll be using a different tire shop now.

Was quoted 120 over the phone to have tires mounted and balanced. When I got there to pay the bill was $180. The reasoning was because they were bought some where else. Absolutely ridiculous.

They are awesome! Got my new tire on super quick and were super helpful the whole way through with a couple other requests. Definitely recommend, and cheapest in town from my research!
