Honestly, I’m writing this review after renting with the Storage Center for almost four years. The beginning was absolutely fantastic with great rent, nice owners, and a welcoming environment. Now, when it comes to the end of our tenancy here (which we were paid up until the end of the month) I received a call everyday for three days saying I needed to come remove my lock. Well, little to say we still had about three boxes left and were called DAILY to come remove the lock and just leave. It became apparent they had wanted us gone by this time came. Also beware if you bring in a larger vehicle, the facility is not equipped to handle much larger then a box truck as we barely could get our bus around the corner. Being as we rented there for so long we also saw a very intense increase in rent without being told and just having the payment increasing. Overall it wasn’t the worst experience but when they want you out…they make it known.

5 years always pay. Even pay some months ahead. Always a late fee. Like the storage has already been raised three times for the same thing. Late fees always like where’s the customer service ? Where’s the hey loyal customer for 5 years since the day we opened. Don’t forget rent. Set up auto payments like I just can’t stand this town. Everyone so “community” friendly but always willing to jump up rates or charge more rent just because they can. Awesome way to support and be grateful if your community. Yeah I’ll be getting a storage unit somewhere else. Good riddance

Annabelle and Eric, the owners are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PEOPLE!! This is the place you'd want to rent from because not only is it a super secure site, but these are great people to do business with.?

This was exactly what I was looking for. I was happy to find a clean storage unit, reasonable and competitive prices, great location and a variety of sizes so I was able to get the right size for my needs and not pay for a larger unit. Brent was very helpful and accommodating.

The manager/owner (?) was very friendly and helpful. The unit itself was completely clean - even the walls. With the unit having a garage door, it was very easy to move things in and out. I would definitely use them again.

The storage units are great, very clean and very well secured. The customer service is top notch. When I had to move stuff from one storage unit to another for a few days, they were incredibly accommodating. I'd recommend them over any other storage units.

Excellent, clean, easy access I was very pleased to find the storage center on Reserve. They offer a large variety of storage sizes, clean, easy street access. Great location too. I was able to find the right size to fit my needs and I felt from my research that the prices were very competitive. Brent was extremely accommodating at all times, especially when I needed to arrange a moving company to empty my storage unit. This worked out to be the perfect solution for me and if needed will use them again.
