Did an impossible fix on one laptop and one regular stand alone computer. Explained everything clearly and kept me in the loop. I will use him in the future if needed. I doubt I will need it. He is that good.

Dan rules. My pc wasn’t booting and Dan was able to get me back up and running the same day that I called him. I couldn’t ask for better customer service and I’ll definitely be back in the future!

Absolutely amazing service. I was passing through town on business and was experiencing issues with my device. The owner went above and beyond, fixed my issue and still enough time to make my meeting. I can't say enough positive things about Techworks and the service provided. Thank you one more time!

Took laptop in for a simple fix, WIFI won't turn on. Owner wouldn't even give me the time of day. Wouldn't even take a minute to look at it. Would be 5-7 business days to look at it.Took it to competition, they fixed it in under three minutes. Plus no charge.

The owner of this shop has proven himself to be a genuine hero and all around honest and kind man. While traveling to Idaho my wheelchair carrier broke leaving us stranded on the side of the road. He not only stopped to help us but opened his store for us to sit in while a uhaul was purchased for us to resume our trip. He entertained my granddaughter for about an hour while we waited there. He was a true gentleman and a kind hearted person. I hope anyone in search of computer services seeks him out for all your technology needs. A true hero on all levels in my book. My husband (Apple) and I (PC) have been working with Daniel for at least seven years. Daniel's not only kept us functioning on the tech front but does an outstanding job of communicating with folks--like us--who are not as tech-savvy as he is. It's hard to entrust your computer to anyone, but we are willing to do so with Daniel and have been well-served. No qualms about recommending his services.

Outstanding craftsmanship and premium customer service. Dan took great care to understand my emergency laptop crash and resolve it as quickly and cost effectively as possible. He identified that my old computer was toast, then clearly explained the situation and possible avenues out. Dan ultimately recovered my data from the dead machine and converted it into a used computer, which he sold to me for a very reasonable price. These guys clearly take pride in their work. Techworks are the best option for computer repair in Missoula. I could not recommend more strongly!
