I’ve had a hard time finding a salon that’s impressed me since moving to Missoula and have been to 5 different ones. Finally found my spot! Elizabeth has the expertise to give you what you exactly what you want, or in my case, fix a bad haircut I got an hour prior. Will only be going to her from now on

Lovely hairstylists, super knowledgable about curly hair and reasonable prices. Great about rescheduling me when something came up and a lot of fun to be around. Parking on site is super convenient too

Elizabeth gave me the worst haircut of my life!! A hat won’t even hide it. There is no shape to the cut and the wispy bangs I asked for are about 1/4 inch long. It’s a shame to pay that kind of money and then want to hide. Beware of her.Service: Haircut

Been going to Tangles in Missoula for a couple years now, and let them do their magic on my hair. My hair looks good when I get out of the barber chair and it looks good when I walk back in their door 4 months later for another haircut. Guess that makes me a :) customer

I've been going here for about 6-7 months, and every time I see Wendell he does an amazing job! He's always kind, fun to talk to, and he really knows his stuff. I always feel like a 12/10 after each appointment and if I could rate Tangles, and Wendell a 12/10 on here I would.

Kim is very kind and professional. Her experience shows from her consulting in what cut and color would work best to the completion of the service. She is honest and a great listener. Her salon is clean with inviting decor and a huge selection of high quality products. The communication was great with scheduling and prices were fair. I always feel valued and attended to when I come in. She is personable, funny and easy to get along with! She puts her full effort into her business and especially with her being the owner I can see she is doing what she is passionate about!! My hair always turns out better than imagined and I never feel rushed.

Honestly, the person who answered the phone just now was so condescending about putting me on hold, that I didn't bother waiting to book an appointment. Doesn't take much to be friendly and genuine. No thanks.

What a wonderful salon that was able to schedule and answered the phone.. friendly staff, felt very pampered and amazing place to get your hair done .. would recommend to anyone for haircuts, colors .friendly staff goes along ways and brings customers coming back

Do not go to Elizabeth. My wife was forced to leave Tangles in TEARS before even getting her hair done. I have never heard of such unprofessionalism. If you value kindness in a salon worker, go elsewhere.

I walk by here everyday and it's always an amazing experience highly recommend, you could even go inside probably even better, if you have hair. Which I do not. But a great location!
