Tristin and Brandon were so helpful! I had to go there more than once and was there a while due to the other carrier being difficult. They were knowledgeable and patient even though it was closing time. Give them a raise!!

Helpful staff but werent clear on the phone about in stock product. Gave incorrect delivery date for order. I don’t appreciate staff that seems to be doing whatever to get sales.

Excellent customer service!!!!! Never have to wait hours to be waited on like I did with Verizon. Service is great plenty of towers in this area and WAY MORE AFFORDABLE!

The worst service. Immature, unprofessional. They brought the manager in to upsell and she was even worse. I feel sick to my stomach after visiting the store in the mall. Sticking with Cricket, at least they don't treat you like a number.

I would like to specifically leave a bad review about how poor one of your employees customer service skills are I was going to port to t mobile but because of evans actions I will take my business elsewhere.

Outstanding customer service is an understatement Steven seriously spent so much time helping me figure out the most untraditional of changes in my service plan. I wanted to add a line and ended up walking out with 2 brand new I phone 12s and 2 lines for a fraction of what I was paying from Verizon. I could not be more happy with my experience and Steven knows his stuff and was awesome to work with can’t get over the commitment to making a customer happy. (This review was written on my sick AF iPhone 12)

Evan and Brady were SO helpful in picking out my daughter's phone, found a really amazing promo for us, then added another promo onto that, then added another promo onto that. In the end, we got two phones and two smart watches for the price of one phone. I could not recommend these guys more! They really listened to what we needed and then found a ton of ways to save us money. People like this are why we choose to stay with T-mobile.

Steven at the Missoula Southgate Mall T-Mobile store was extremely helpful yesterday, Jan. 10th 2021 in getting myself and a family member switched from one mobile service to T-Mobile. He patiently answered all of our questions as he explained T-Mobile's various types of services. There were many details to iron out in order to make the switch and Steven handled them professionally and efficiently. First and foremost, there is always a worry of the dollar amount of shifting to a new service as well as the monthly bill and Steven made sure we knew all the financial details before we walked out the door. He also made sure our phone numbers were transferred, our new phones were in good working order and test called our new phones before walking out the door. I feel I will be able to stop by the store if I have further questions or concerns. I would recommend Steven's expertise and T-Mobile services to anyone interested in making a shift to a different service.

The kids they hire for this store are incompetent to say the least. I walked in simply asking how much two V60s would cost me out the door (full purchase). They needed to pull up my account (no biggie), but then he insisted on only telling me that I can finance their Wing, or even the Velvet on their BOGO deal, and even tried to sell me on some iPhone junk... I specifically walked past all of those, and asked about the exact model I wanted.... Needless to say, after ~10 minutes of BS from the first employee, another employee walked up and had to tell the original guy that I wasn't interested in anything else. He then tries to tell me what the monthly payments are, even though I asked for the price to buy them outright. After I finally heard how much they wanted, I just walked out the door. Such a waste of time.

Came in with my elderly father, Steven was amazing. I cannot thank him enough for his patience, understanding and kindness. Steven went above and beyond for my dad who knows nothing about cell phones. Upgrading into an iPhone for a 72 year old vietnam veteran is no easy task. It is this superior customer service that really means a lot to us. Definitely FIVE stars. Thank you Steven for taking care of my little family.

Went in to upgrade my phone and walked out with the new Samsung note 20 and a new tablet. Service was great and they continue to work hard to keep me as a customer. 100% satisfied. Thanks for all the hard work Steven.
