Good afternoonReally disappointed with your service. I have a PX3 golf cart 2 months over it warranty and the bearings busted in the wheel. Before removing the wheel I reached out to your support for help, he told me that the bearings were built into the wheel and I would have to purchase an entire new wheel. Only needed one bearing.So I removed the wheel, popped out the bearing with no problem, and was able to order four new bearings on Amazon for 10$ as opposed to 27$ plus tax and shipping for a new wheel. Nice scam you have going on here. Might want to work on your customer support

Throughly enjoy my sun mountain products. Have an out of date push/pull cart and a 7-8 yr old cart bag. Both still holding up! Need to get over this summer and see if they can re-attach the hand strap to the ol girl..Hopefully it won’t be an issue for me with them..since they are so customer friendly.

Find it outrageous and disgusting that a company would intentionally ruin bags and throw them away rather than donate them or sell them for charity. There are many programs that could use support that you could donate the bags to that they could use for a fundraiser or raffle like Watson's, YWCA, the Pov... Etc. Missoula was always about helping one another but I guess that boat has sailed. It's atrocious that just to insure no one could use them they take the time to slash them with a box cutter/razor. And the majority were in perfect condition you can see the tags on them still. And I don't honestly care if you already donate or give away bags for raffles you obviously could have done that with these... Do better. I would want to know what kind of integrity a company has that I'm spending my hard earned money on hence me taking the time to share this.

I use all Sun Mountain products, from the pushcart, to apparel, and golf bag. Their equipment is top-notch, highly-intuitive, and well designed - so from the product stand point, they are awesome!

Went over to the warehouse in Missoula to see about a small repair on my old V1. They told me to leave it with them overnight. When I picked it up I was blown away with all the stuff they did beyond what I asked for.

I purchased a Speed Cart V1 a couple of years ago and it has been used quite a bit - 3 days a week minimum. I had cracks develop in the rear wheel spokes and contacted Sun Mountain to discuss. They made good on the wheels even though the warranty period had been exceeded. Sun Mountain stands behind their product and I definitely recommend buying from them. Their customer service is outstanding!
