We started shopping at Don K in Whitefish and had a terrible experience, they were rude and didn’t seem to want to give us the time of day when looking at their vehicles. That is when we decided to drive two hours down to Missoula to visit Subaru of Missoula and met Jake. Jake made our experience pleasant, efficient, amazing, and everything we hoped buying a brand new Subaru would be! We highly recommended visiting Jake at Subaru of Missoula!

We just recently upgraded our Subaru Outback for a 2025. Our sales representative, Jake Hardy, was very helpful in explaining the options available on either an Onyx or Limited Outback.
He explained that we would be happier with the Onyx edition due to us owning a dog that sheds quite a bit of hair, The Onyx seats are much easier to clean and keep dog hair free.
Jake guided us along in our decision making process. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.

I was on the road and needed some repairs. Subaru of Missoula's service center charged more than double what my mechanic quoted, and did a horrible job. On the spark plug repair, they left the air intake boot open and my mpg went way down. I had to bring it to my mechanic when I got home. On top of that they charge credit card fees- unheard of for this type of buisness. I only used they because it was an emergency.

My salesman, Jake, was very attentive in covering all the ins and outs of this car. He was very knowledgeable, and took the time explain how everything worked before sending on our way. In the end it was Jake's demeanor and friendly, up upbeat personality that sold us on this dealership !

Had 150,000 mile check. Spent $3,200. At another Subaru in Seattle NOW after hearing a horrible sound. They informed me the mechanic must not have checked both brake pads in the back. Which comes with the service. Now one of the pads trashed the rotors. Head supervisor says this should not have happened. Negligence on this Subaru service in Missoula.
