I loved this store! They had so many varieties of jewelry and so unique. I bought several items and a ring in particular that was a tad too big. They offered free 1x sizing but I really didn't want to part with it. Scroll forward 2 yrs and I decided it was time to get it sized but I had moved to another state. Well, everywhere I went, jewelers stated they could size it but the area would be smooth and not match the texture of the rest of the ring. I didn't like that. I decided I would contact SP and pay for the shipping and sizing just to ensure it was done right. Cue the angels and choir! Liz was able to look up my purchase and still offered me the free sizing, 2 yrs after my purchase!! What?! She was so amazing, nice and thorough!! She even called to give me the tracking # when my ring was done!Needless to say, I will recommend this store ever day, all day!! I can't wait til I can go back

They do beautiful work. We took our Elk ivory in to have wedding bands and earrings made.They very carefully took pics of the ivory, did a beautiful job, detailed all the pros and cons, kept in touch and delivered when they said they would.Very impressed and have gone back for more Elk ivory jewelry.The sweet office mascot is a real cutie and the customer service is top notch!

Absolutely outstanding service! When I brought in my watch today, I fully expected to give them my name and phone number in case they were busy and couldn't get to it until the weekend was over. I was pleasantly surprised that the owner took the watch back and adjusted it right then and there. He ensured it was exactly to my liking, and now it fits perfectly! The Front Desk Clerks where amazing and delivered wonderful customer service. I pre-paid 350.00 to have my ring fixed and was assured it would be done the next day. 7 days later my ring had not been touched and I was told to come pick it up because the Jeweler did not want to complete the repair. He then explained that he would not do it because I called to ask if it had been completed. Thank you for not completing my project I took it to another jeweler and they where delighted to have my business.

Karahan custom made me the most beautiful elk ivory necklace with dangling sapphires for my husband to give me for a Christmas gift. The ivory belonged to my son and they got together and made this just for me! The store is beautiful and the service is great. I go there every time I visit Montana. He is such a kind man! Thank you Karahan! You are so talented!

We are so disappointed that we chose to work with Studio Pandora. I would not recommend them to anyone. Customer service is not unfriendly but certainly not helpful. Custom work and sizing is absurdly slow. Policies do not favor customer satisfaction at all. After months of back and forth we are stuck with an engagement ring that is crooked and improperly sized. We had much better luck elsewhere.

I cannot say enough about Studio Pandora and Karahan, the owner and jeweler there. It is so incredibly comforting to have a local jeweler who can repair jewelry without shipping it somewhere else. Karahan does all of his own work right in the shop and is incredibly hospitable. He is always smiling, offers to clean any jewelry I have on, and offers me water every time I come in. I have seen him do this for other customers who enter the store. I have been a few times for jewelry repair and am continually impressed by his work. Most recently, I went to Studio Pandora to see if Karahan could design a wedding band to go along with my newly acquired engagement ring! Again, I was offered water, free jewelry cleaning, and a smile from behind the bright counters. My engagement ring didn't come with a band and I wanted one that would complement it well and add some sparkle. After listening carefully to all of my requests and taking detailed notes, Karahan took my engagement band for a couple of weeks. He crafted a perfect diamond-filled wedding band that didn't take away from the largest stone, but was still a substantial size. It was exactly what I had asked for. I have included a photo of my now soldered together bands that fit so well. When I came to pick them up, Karahan had cleaned them, replated them in rhodium for free, and gave my now husband and I a beautiful bottle of reserve wine as a gift. When I said we couldn't accept, Karahan insisted that they did that for all of the engaged couples who came in for ring work there. I was struck by his sincerity and thoughtfulness.
