I live in Phoenix and I have a storage unit in Butte and I send my monthly payment out on the first of every month. I called Jessica and she told me that if they don't have the payment by the 5th of every month, they charge me a late fee. I paid two months of storage rent to be a month in advance and they still charged late charges. They charged me 11 late charges in a 2 year period. What a company.
