I worked here for two years before deciding to go back to school. The company was very supportive of my decision. I really enjoyed working there.

Not a great company to work for I got tossed in and never properly trained then got fired after 2 weeks of being there. Most people were nice except for one person in particular who treated me like garbage for the week she was there helping train new people. Im sorry but it takes more than 2 weeks to get trained if you are learning on your own. I felt very lost the time I was there also they waited till the end of the day to fire me didn't even give me time before the weekend to go and try to look for a new job.

Fantastic company to work for, they have helped me grow leaps and bounds in my career. I started in and entry level position and have been given several opportunities to grow into the management position I now hold. If you are willing to put in the hard work and dedication the positive growth and continuing advancement opportunities make this a rewarding company to work for.

Not a professional company of integrity to apply for. Apparently Cennox believes it doesnt have a public image to uphold in the local communities they are located in. I applied for a job they advertised for in my local area. Sent resume and cover letter and received a phone call requesting an interview. When I arrived slightly early I was asked to fill out additional paperwork repeating the same information from my resume they already received. I complied going through the motions for them once more. However, without respect to my schedule, I was left to wait over 30 minutes past the scheduled interview time that Cennox had set up. After finally being interviewed I was informed in closing to expect an email regarding the decision of their hiring team. After 2 weeks and no response from Cennox I called the HR dept. leaving a message twice requesting a response on their decision from this interviewed applicant. No response. Although companys are not legally obligated to do so most realize the importance of maintaining a respectful, professional public image to all applicants whether hired or not. Apparently, from hearing from other applicants, Cennox's practice of an apathetic, disrespectful attitude towards applicants is par for the course. Clearly this company lacks professionalism and integrity when it comes to conducting business which includes interactions with prospective and interviewed local applicants. Probably a good indicator of how they treat their employees as well. Shameful, apathetic business model.

GLAD I AM NOT AN EMPLOYEE or CUSTOMER I was contacted by Sterling Bank Services, who provides maintenance and business services to banks. I have not confirmed it, but assume they are a division of Sterling Savings Bank, also in the Missoula area. I was informed they wanted to interview me, the position reported to the CEO, and that it was for a national role that would not have to relocate to their only facility in Missoula. The HR person interviewed me and then elected to schedule time for me to SKYPE with the CEO. Since I was told that they were recently acquired by a British company, I did some research and had some red flags - their "template" website - lack of branding - and marketing-less content which focused on what they did, not what the benefits were for the customer. It came time for the CEO interview. However, I was notified that the CEO had to reschedule it for 2 hours later. I agreed and rescheduled my day to again be in a private room at my client site so that I could SKYPE. I sat and waited for 30 minutes. Then, the HR person called and without regret, said the CEO had just decided to take a new path and did not want to go forward with hiring anyone for the position. Clearly, I understood how at the last minute, the new company (acquiror) would overrule and that the CEO (acquiree) has no say in the matter. Ultimately, a lot of change is coming!
