CJ working at the UPS/Amazon return area was very rude (hasn't been the first time). He was very rude and sparky and made comments about my packaging that I brought. Not great customer service.

Brought 12+ photos to be copied and enlarged. Told I would be called when done, never was called... left me hanging in town. Finally went back to store and retrieved photos. The quality was terrible, the majority very under exposed and super grainy. Too late to do anything about it, had to fly out for a funeral.

Placed an order online. Credit card was charged but order was never delivered. No receipt was emailed and nobody has been answering the customer service line or the chat for the past week.

Today I went in to print several documents. I asked Adam to help me print this document from my computer. Not only did he not even try to help, he was extremely rude. I suggest if you don't have customer service skills, don't work in customer service!

Great that you can return Amazon items here but they need to remove sale tags once the sale is over. Sucks when you arrive at the register and the price isn’t the same as listed.

I just wanted to praise and give kudos to Tim at the Missoula location.Today I came in to pick up some prints (which had an ETA of 24 hours and ended up being completed within an hour ?), and as I was standing in the short line to pick up my prints, I witnessed Tim provide exceptional service to two older women who were having difficulties loading their previously purchased stapler with new staples.His patience and kindness was really wonderful. Working in customer service myself, the good stuff often gets thrown to the wayside — and reviews are often only given when there is an issue. I didn’t want to leave the parking lot without taking the time to leave a five star review for Tim!Thank you for leading by example Tim.

We asked for help making copies and the employee wasn't wiling to help. We were told to follow the instructions and he went back to play on his phone. Very dissatusfied with customer service

Pay your workers more. I am tired of going to palaces because it says it available online and when I get there I am told no due to the worker shortage. People want to work but they need a livable wage. No, these are not highschool jobs. If that was the case you be closed during shcool hours. Do better

I would not recommend this business for printing services. I went in to have 3 copies (3 pages) printed, and was told that I wouldn't be there to because the employee was "in the middle of a project". The prices are too steep also, in my opinion.

It's November 8 and every year I have trouble getting Staples own brand refill calendar for my Arc planner. 6 weeks left in the year and they don't know when they will be in. I have dozens of 2023 meetings and appointments scrawled in the back of 2022. Who waits until the last moment to need the coming months calendar? This drives me crazy!
