These guys are knowledgeable and very helpful. They can also set you up with plans. Then if you run into difficulties, stop in or call them. You can understand them when they speak.

This company.was contracted to come to my home for a phone repair to replace the screen. Kid showed up on time and was polite. However did the repair in his car due to this a mistory happened when he came back my phone back glass was shattered.. when I asked to Have my front glass replaced. This is super upsetting because this is contractor work. Then I was to grt on the phone with Asurian and explain what happened. At the end of the day I had to get a phone replacement due to the young man error. Stuff happens but this kid who came to my home needs some more training. I'm now having to get a differ in color due to what was in stock at the time of my phone call to asurian. Highly disappointed in this business for doing more damage to my phone and then not even replacing my front glass.

The owner Albert is sweet and kind, always willing to help customers. Snap does amazing work with repairing phones, and some tablets. The store is a bit hard to see but it's between Jaker's and the motel, highly suggested and recommended. Everyone is kind and helpful.
