Charlie was very helpful and patient with ups in our selection of our new mattress. He and Nick assisted us with delivery and removal of our old temper-pedic mattress. They were fast, efficient and skilled. We were very pleased with their performance.

I went to the store and was treated very nice. The gentleman heard my bed concerns and made me a really good deal. They have Really good customer service. WOW!!! I'll be back again for my mattresses. Thank thank thank you Charlie very respectful n funny.

Charlie treated my husband and I with a lot of patience, respect, and a good sense of humor as we navigated the mattress buying process. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the industry and the products he had in stock. Delivery was quick and easy. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend Sleep City to anyone looking to purchase a mattress!

I just wanted to thank Sleep City Missoula in general and Van, Joey and Nick in particular for the superb service, attention and delivery.I did not realize how easy and painless buying an amazing new mattress and bed could be. From the minute I stepped in the door, until they delivered the bed, everything they did was above and beyond any expectation I could possibly have.As an interior designer who works with people in Missoula and the area, I will send every client to Sleep City from now on.Thank you guys, the mattress is amazing! We haven't slept this good in years.

I've bought 3 beds from Sleep City. Charlie, Nick and Joey all took care of me from purchase to delivery/setup with great customer service and no hassles. Paid much less than I was expecting after lots of research too. Keep up the great work!

Delivery went very smooth. Very nice young men Nick and Joey. Delivery was in a good time frame. Didn't have to wait all day. They called ahead so that was nice.
