This last week we had our Ford Transit van detailed and paid for the $350 interior service. I will say the staff was very friendly and were able to fit me in which is much appreciated, however I specifically asked for the upholstery to be cleaned and the carpets since we were selling our vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle I was stunned at how the floor and the seats looked. The carpet and seats looked as though they had been thoroughly vacuumed but a lot of the dirt and grime was still everywhere as though they had never been steam cleaned or rubbed with a wet rag. I pointed this out and the representative said that a lot of them did not come out but he did spot clean a few really bad spots and they were a little better. However I took my van home took a bucket of hot water and some microfiber cloths and I scrubbed the carpet and the seats and every mark or stain came out with some elbow grease. My guess is whoever did this vehicle was rushed and did not do a very thorough job. I see lots of positive reviews so my guess is they were rushed on the day they worked on my vehicle but either way paying $350 for a mediocre clean job is pretty unfortunate.

I had a great experience with Shine Auto Detailing. Jacob was very helpful and professional and the other technicians did a great job on my car. It was in rough shape when I brought it in but I was very happy with their results. I wanted the full interior and exterior package but I didn’t realize that the clear coat was gone on most of my vehicle. They called me and told me they would be unable to do the full exterior detail without damaging my thin fragile paint, but they were kind enough to wash the car and apply a spray wax for free instead. Thanks guys! I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing work. Went above and beyond on my GTI. He was super transparent about everything and did a great job. Will be coming back with my other cars and would recommend to anybody looking for tint or a ceramic coating.

They did a great job! I bought a vehicle that was not detailed it was it pretty rough shape and smelled terrible. When I got it back the smell was gone!!
I have never had a vehicle detailed before and I didn’t know that the headliner was only done when it was requested. I called to ask about it and they were more than happy to take it back and clean the headliner.
Jacob was so professional and kind and didn’t make me feel like an idiot when I called the headliner a ceiling. Will definitely go back.

Very friendly service and communication was great from the manager. But was disappointed in the quality of the detail when I picked the car up. I immediately found residual dirt and streaks on all surfaces. Really appreciated the discount for the wait, and the manager saw to vacuuming the areas with dirt and touching up the windows. But for an expensive detail, I would probably go elsewhere going forward.Services: Steam cleaning

Customer service was phenomenal and flexible when I didn’t read the fine print for getting to my appointment. I got the deluxe interior detail and headlight cleaning, but I feel like they might have done just a little extra because she felt like a whole new car! Couldn’t believe how dirty the headlights are I recommended throwing it in there! Cheers!
