Oh boy, where to start with this one.... Storing your stuff should be a simple process, you rent a space and you pay monthly. That should be the end of it. Not that simple here. When i acquired my storage unit originally, The owner Kenneth Flynn had his daughter (Fallon Flynn) running the place. Everything seemed to be going fine until roughly 6 months later where i was sent a collections notice for the amount of 6 months of rent, even though i've made every single payment on time. Turns out his daughter was stealing the rent money and buying drugs with it, then marking the tenants units as un-paid. To this day she is still in charge of running the finances. (what could go wrong) After a few frustrating days we finally got this cleared up. This is when i should have left. Fast forward to now. I make my payments a day early, every single month. Yet every month i get an email from Kenneth asking me for rent even though it's already been paid. I've gone over this with him every month now for the last few. I decided enough is enough and i've found a different storage solution for my needs where they don't try to double charge you every month. When trying to cancel the month to month contract with Sherlock storage, my phone calls and emails were dodged. So i called from a different phone just now and sure enough he picks up first try. Kenneth then begins to berate me and say he doesn't appreciate my attitude even though all I'm trying to do is cancel my lease.Man, what a joke of business they got going. I'm seriously considering bringing in the Better Business Bureau and fraud department in on this one.Kenneth if you see this review, You legally can't hold people hostage over their contract when they want to leave and I will bring this matter into litigation if need be.You have the business sense and the maturity of a child.To anyone else reading this, don't even bother trying this place, It's a nightmare you will most definitely regret.

The owner Kenneth Jay Flynn is a fraud. He took 3 months rent for vehicle storage spot. I never got a rental lease from him. When I asked for a refund 24 hours later. He told me rents were frozen because he filed for bankruptcy prior to taking my money. In reality he was in bankruptcy long before that. He is a criminal and a con man. He daughter is involved in the con as well. His next hearing is on 10/5/23 in missoula I will attend that hearing and contact other in hos case. I will show he is still defrauding people and get his case thrown out. I will also make contact with the trustee.

I just had a run in with the property owner He seems to be suffering from maybe dementia because he was kicking me out for being there after hours but it was during the open for business hours, this didnt happen until i asked to look at the video footage for the last week because stuff keeps disappearing out of my locked units. He said since he doesnt have to let me see the video that hes not going to, that nobodys been there after hours except employees but he doesnt even know what time it is today.

This place is definitely the coolest place for storage units, seein's how the same guy Sam owns a weed dispensary right there next to your storage unit. He is also a super cool guy that reminds me of my bro's in Santa Barbara. His staff are down to earth and very helpful that know there storage-weed. You don't give a place 5 stars because that would be untrue. You give this place 7 stars out of 7 because it's sounds cool and this place is that cool. On the real, if you need a secure storage place and killer weed, go and get high while getting a cool storage unit.
