Shawn has been very helpful every time I've requested his assistance. He was there to assist with directions when I was involved in an accident that was another driver's fault. He was there when paperwork was needed from a lender, and most importantly, he has always answered my calls immediately. Plus, he's saved us a lot of money on our auto and home insurance. We're extremely helpful with his services!!!!

Shawn is a great guy to have on your team of people in life. He is straight forward, friendly, and easy to work with. When Shawn introduced me to Farm Bureau I was happy because saving money in good and working with someone I trust makes the insurance coverage puzzle easy.Without a doubt, if you are reading this review and looking for insurance, you need to at least meet Shawn.

Shawn is great at what he does. He was very thorough in walking through all components of insurance with me and he also introduced me to the significance of life insurance as well. He is passionate about his job and truly wants to help everyone that walks through his door. We have insured with Shawn since shortly after he opened his business. In shortest terms he is the most "user friendly" insurance agent we have ever used. He has made several visits to our insured properties to assure us and himself that we have been insured adequately and has found policies that have been very competitive with other quotes. I have worked with Farm Bureau Insurance for years and have ALWAYS had a good experience. I was with Allstate for a short term, but after 4 years in Missoula, I reevaluated my house/car coverage and FB was better with increased coverage at a lower premium than Allstate and Farmers. Shawn Friedeman has made my MT FB insurance experience the same as my Idaho experience and I appreciate this. He was very easy to work with and was attentive to my needs/concerns with the insurance needs for my family. I feel very well covered. I would recommend Shawn Friedman and Farm Bureau Insurance to others. (Luckily, I have not had to file a claim at this time.)

Shawn gave me an in depth look at the benefits and relative costs of FB Insueance to the policies I had. I got more for less with Farm Bureau. I hope. Never need it but I am confident Farm Bureau and Shawn will be there for me if I ever do.
