Absolutely disgusting pricing. An organization that is supposed to help the needy and the disenfranchised is taking donations and charging sometimes hundreds of dollars for said donations. People shop at thrift stores because they need affordable clothing. This place should be ashamed.

This place is insultingly expensive. I understand it's going to a good cause but I don't see how they can make much of a difference when you can't afford to buy their clothes. Any outdoor brands are marked way up and you won't find a good pair of shoes under $45. Just go to goodwill

While their prices are higher than other thrift shops, the money benefits a worthy cause and their items are usually top notch.

You’re receiving donated used items, and marking them up like they’re new or collectible. There was even a shoe with a sticker that said $15… bro for a single shoe??

Anything worth buying was basically the same price as buying at Nordstrom Rack and more expensive than buying on sites like Poshmark.

The most overpriced “thrift” store I have ever been to. Absolutely ridiculous. I have tried a few times and no luck.

Kind pricey but a lot nicer than the other similar establishment. There are just too many items in a small place they have.

I used to love donating to and shopping here but the prices have gotten so ridiculously high that I’ve stopped doing either. I don’t understand why they feel it’s better to overcharge for donated items rather than just price it low and turn over more. It is cheaper to shop for clothes at the Restyle consignment store across the street than it is to shop here. Hope thrift doesn’t overcharge and also does great work in the community.

I heard one employee tell a customer the dressing rooms were closed, and another she let in. ?? Way over priced.

Awesome thrift store! A lot of variety to shop for, good prices, and the staff is really friendly. Easy to shop around

I feel like I was tricked into giving them my money“yes you can return things since our dressing room is closed” I took the items home to try on and nothing worked, when I went back to return the next day they said they can’t give me back my money, just give me store credit. I went back again today to see if there is anything i could buy with this gift card and this store is so overpriced I can’t believe it… I talked to an employee today saying I just want my money back and she flat out said NOPE. I feel so scammed…. I just wanted to buy a couple pairs of jeans and I need to try on before I buy. Buyer beware here…. :(

Pretty overpriced. There were items from the dollar store and Walmart brand that were 3x the original price. Used Target brand shoes for 50$. Some clothes still had a prior thrift store tag on them that showed a lower price. I don’t mind higher priced used items if they are vintage or unused, but the prices here are a scam. Unfortunately.

Went in today to do some shopping. My 3 year old who just learned how to use the big girl potty decided she needed to use the bathroom. I nicely asked the lady if there was a way she could use theirs. The lady said nope she can go find a bush outside to use. Needless to say we ended up leaving and don’t plan on returning until they can be a little nicer to kids. A simple no sorry would have been better.
