I scheduled an appointment and cleared a ridiculous large chunk of time to meet the needs of the mobile service. I did this willingly for the convenience, but the rep never showed up. No communication at all. Call the next day to follow and figure out what had gone wrong. The first call rep couldn't even pretent to be sympathetic to the fact I cleared a full day and the error was on their end. He stated "it happens all the time". He incorrectly passed me to the shop when I asked to leave a complaint with the call center manager. Bad customer service. Going local from now on.

If I could give this place a half star review I would. Most terrible customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The store manager is rude, incompetent and inefficient. Do not waste your time or money.

Safelite was recommended by my insurance company company to repair a chip in my front windshield due to a rock from highway hitting it. It cost $50 and looks exactly the same as prior to the repair. That was in September 2023. In March 2024, another highway rock chipped and cracked my front windshield. This time Safelite demanded I file a claim with my insurance to have it fixed (that would cost $500). I shopped around and got my windshield completely repaired (the chip/crack is invisible- can't even tell it happened) for free through The local Rock Chip Shop in Rosauer's parking lot. They got it cleared through insurance and less than 30 minutes later, I drove off! DO NOT USE SAFELITE. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS BELOW SUBPAR. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR. YOU WILL NEED TO FILE ALL INSURANCE CLAIMS ON YOUR OWN. YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT AT LEAST A WEEK FOR THE REPAIR AND IT WON'T BE ON YOUR TIME FRAME.

Very frustrating. Long phone tree and hold time, then eventually connected with a curt and unpleasant phone rep who had none of the info already provided. I will find a local business instead.

They came to my house were there on time went straight to the business of the windshield got my windshield all done fixed recalibrated and they were back on the road and so was in under an hour:)It was real handy that they would come to where my car was. I really like the fact that their Mobile and they did such a great job. Very friendly service also.
