Rosauer's is awesome, but with way better prices right across the street, I don't shop there anymore. Employees are always helpful and the store is nice too so it's too bad Rosauer's hasn't been able to be more competitive in pricing. I love their baked goods but since making it self serve, I haven't gone back for that reason either.

Quality groceries at affordable prices (get cash back if you use the Upside App). The staff always go out of their way to help customers and are easy to talk to.

A little bit of everything from a good meat selection, fresh produce and a great cafeteria snack area. Definitely the best grocery store on this end of town.

My wife and I went to this store for the first time and we were totally blown away with this place. I have never seen a cleaner and well organized grocery store in my life. The produce was super fresh, the baked goods were made fresh daily, the deli was well staffed and had a wide assortment of hot and cold food with a coffee shop attached and even a dining area to eat in store. I was so impressed with this store that I have decided it's the only place we will grocery shop from now on.

Did not catch her name but she is an old gal there at the self checkout who is pretty dang great at her job! Some customers were being rude to her prior to helping me and I had an on sale item that was not properly marked in the system, so it came up as full price. I was dealing with my own issues and did not realize that I should have warned her prior to setting up the sale in the machine that it was EBT, because the incident with other customers treating her badly just before coming up to me; so the transaction did not go through. There were several other customers waiting and agitated, I believe it was the night before or the day before a holiday.I said to her, "Don't worry, I really do appreciate you, I understand how it is, and it is not ok even if you're disgruntled","something similar to that", and she said, "thank you, it hurts, sucks, and I don't want to do it anymore", now I could tell she was the type of person that keeps it in and becomes hardened by it, and gets her job done, she is tough. She would not normally say that to a customer but they were being exceptionally rude.I told her I would just take back the Halloween gingerbread house and not to cause anymore trouble but she went out of her way to recode the entire transaction and enter the sale so that I could get it and do it with my son (little did she know), I said I truly did appreciate her, and she said I am glad someone does.I had to say something because she is one reason I still come back to Rosauers. Rosauers is out of my way, I sometimes stop in when I am near my storage unit.I wish I could have gotten her name but if she ever sees this, thank you. Also the food is always fresh, handmade, and bomb!!!! Come here for real!!!

Unfortunately, three stars is really the best I can do for Rosauers, and sadly, that reflects a significant decline from just 1-2 years ago. Their Pharmacy and it's staff are 'awe-some', but their bakery? Mmmm, not so much. In fact, if I were to rate them based solely on their bakery, they'd be lucky to receive a single star.Case-in-point . . . a year or two ago, their apple and strawberry/rhubarb pies were "to-die-for". Literally! They were moist and savory, and no one in town could possibly match them. Now? Their pies are all a dry, stale, pasty, flavorless waste of time and money. In fact, after trying just a single slice from each, 90% of the last three pies we've purchased there over the past 2-years, went straight into the trash bin. They were THAT bad!Wake-up, Rosauers! You're losing your edge.

Every now and then you can find decent prices here but you really have to look for them. On the plus side, staff always seems very friendly & helpful here.

Best steaks in town, but $20 a pound is too much. I'm sure the market price is not cheap, however you're going to be throwing away a lot of meat at that price.

Fast and friendly service. Produce is always good, and I appreciate gluten-free options.
