My wife and I just purchased a 2021 Ford Explorer in Kalispell. The windshield had a chip in it and the dealer replaced it with a new one. These windshields are smart glass with sensors that detect when it is raining and turn on your wipers automatically. Unfortunately after the drive back to Missoula, either the sensor had come loose, or was not installed properly. My wife looked up local windshield repair services and got frustrated getting just recordings to schedule appointments on their websites.
Then she called Rock Chip Squad located at Rosauers in Missoula. Scott answered the phone and was very patient and courteous from the start. He answered all my wife's questions and gave her a diagnosis on what the problem might be. Told her to come in the next day so his crew can look at it. She brought in her vehicle and Scott had his crew get her right in and had the issue fixed in about 5 minutes. Even let my wife stay in the car and showed her how to fix it in case it happens again. Then to top it off, refused to charge her for the service.
I would like to thank Scott and his crew and their "old school" courtesy and professionalism in treating my wife. So refreshing in this day and age. If you need help with your car glass or windshield, I would highly recommend Rock Chip Squad. Thank you gentlemen for your excellent customer service and you will definitely have my business in the future.

Definitely go see the folks at Rock chip Squad off Reserve. They'll schedule you quickly and get your wind shield replaced in a timely manner. The price was definitely reasonable as well. Had a big crack in my Chevy Silverado from a rock ship and it was in the driver's line of site so I called Rock Chip on Friday and they had in by Tuesday morning. They also give you a 1 year warranty on the wind shield for any future Rock chips at no additional charge.

A rock chipped and cracked my front windshield on the highway in Idaho. I brought my car in and within five minutes the staff arranged everything to be covered with my insurance and 25 minutes later, it was fixed. They did an amazing job. If I didn't know the crack was there, I wouldn't be able to really tell and the chipped area is completely gone. This place is the best! I had a chip repaired at Safelite in September of 2023 and they did a terrible job. It doesn't even look any different than before getting it fixed and I had to pay quite a bit to get it fixed there. Don't make the mistake I did- ALWAYS go to the Rock Chip Squad!!!!

They were super nice, quick, and cheap! I got just one rock chip repaired, paid $55 for it. My dog didn't appreciate it but the guy was really cool about it! 100% recommend them for your windshield needs!

I had my second chip in the last few years repaired here recently and just like the first, the technician gave me an accurate estimate of how long it would take to get to me, how long it would take to do the work, and then quickly did a fantastic job making the repair nearly invisible.Nobody likes it when their windshield catches a chip, but this place will take care of you without an appointment and have you back on the road in under half an hour, for way less than the cost of a national chain.
