This place is shady as hell heard someone got their camper they paid monthly to park there towed for no discernible reason whatsoever. Would go elsewhere.

New management not to be trusted. I called October 13 th and was told the waiting list was long but they had someone terminate that day and would be moving out of if I wanted that spot I could rent it . They took my information and said I would get a email at the end of the month telling me how to pay. October 30th I called to check and was told he could not see my reservation but would call the manager and would call back, I did not get a call back. I called again and this guy said he also could not see I got that spot but did have all my info and I would get a email the next day. Never heard from them again, not even an apology.

Had ALL my possessions stolen, Massey, the DERELICT DIRTBAG he is, collected my money for TWO AND A HALF YEARS AFTER the fact.Before sending out a third years payment, and being out of the area for a few years, I was only TOLD I had a break in, because I ASKED how my unit and lock were faring during my phone call to him.Mind you, by mail, I without fail received every receipt over the course of this time, without a single notice of break in of any kind.I rented from this facility for over 7 years, paid yearly in advance several times.After doing some investigating there was not even a report made about the incident.This evasive derelict even tried to avoid providing information and closing my unit as I requested, as he said he was going on a trip, and didn't have a lot of time.In short, I think someone like this gives a new meaning to the word slime.
