My wife’s Timex needed a new battery and Riddle’s is easily accessible at the Southgate Mall near Dillard’s and Texas Roadhouse. The jeweler offered to replace the battery while we waited. While waiting I checked out the selection of men’s Citizens and Bulova watches. I also browsed the selection of women’s jewelry which was arranged by birthstone (nice touch!). Found the perfect Christmas gift for my wife. The watch was finished within 10 minutes. Great jewelry store! I’ll be back.

Exploring Southgate Mall for the first time, I happened upon Riddle’s Jewelry. I inquired about whether they could replace the battery in my old Timex watch.They did so without hesitation in a warm and welcoming way. So friendly!!
