The staff at Ricks is phenomenal. The front office staff and estimators are great. I have had repairs completed with them on two separate occasions and both times my vehicle was done ahead of the estimated completion date. The staff kept me informed through the entire repair process. They even took all of the junk I had in my back seat and organized it and boxed it up for me and put it in my trunk. If you need any kind of body work done I highly recommend Ricks.

I would highly recommend the team at Ricks!!!
It was so nice to just drop the car off and pick it up looking like it did when I bought it 5+ years ago. The ladies in the front are well informed, professional and extremely nice! I was kind of frazzled after the wreck. The last thing I wanted was to have to deal with the Insurance Co. They took care of everything and kept me informed throughout. It could not have gone smoother.

Repairs done quickly and they kept me informed the whole way. Done 3 days earlier than estimate, Even the inside was cleaned, even though it was all damage on the outside. Great people!

They were absolutely amazing! Our car was returned even cleaner than when we dropped it off and you couldn't even tell there had ever been damage to the front. MacKenzie was amazing by keeping us informed every step of the way through both text and phone calls. I highly recommend to anyone who needs repairs.
