Guy at the location was nice but whatever 3rd party customer service line they use is awful. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Highly recommend getting a new one or just getting a receptionist.

“We would rather have your business for a lifetime rather than the one time”. This is what the gentleman told me who helped get my car out of a really bad situation. I called all the other tow companies and they were going to absolutely take advantage of the situation I was in and charge me $250-$300 an hour. Reds Towing saved my skin by helping me retrieve my car without putting a dent in my wallet. These people have my business for life. Thank you.

I can’t say how positive my experience with Red’s towing was. AAA screwed things up, but Andrew with Red’s towing was amazing and extremely helpful. If you need a tow, I can’t recommend them enough!

We had a blown out tire on our boat trailer at 8am on the 4th of July. Within 20 mins of calling, Jay showed up to help us. We needed to replace both tires, but only had one spare. He helped us call a few places in town to see if they had any available. He was kind, helpful and very pleasant. 10/10 recommend and thank you to Jay for saving our holiday weekend!

Our rental broke down while traveling through Missoula. While waiting for the rental company to figure out what to do we happened to run in to Jay. He was just finishing helping out another motorist. He got us back to the rental car office. When they didn’t have any cars left to rent. Jay made a call, he took a us to a repair shop that fixed the issue and got us on our way. Couldn’t ask for better service, thank you!

Reds did a great job picking up my vehicle when other companies could not. They even had to chain up and overcame a number of challenges. Dusty was great and I would happily pay out of pocket to use Reds for my towing needs again.

Let me understand this I call about a car that’s parked in my paid parking spot I’m told property manager has to call it in. Then my wife calls and is told not enough drivers emergency call only. Let me get this correct your contracted out by my apartment complex to tow cars in this situation and told to call you directly after hours and nothing gets done…. Sounds like someone is breaking a contract but to each their own. Makes your head turn when someone calls about something you can gain profit from but won’t move a muscle ?

Horrible!! These people are rude money hungry lying unprofessional thieves, if possible go elsewhere! They are completely comfortable with towing your car 2 blocks for the police & charging you an insane $300 bill plus 50$ a day for storage while not allowing you to get any of your stuff!
