The reviews speak for themselves. I searched hard for insurance quotes, and they were by the the cheapest, nicest, easiest and most thorough place I found by far. You’d be doing yourself a disservice by going anywhere else.

If you want to be treated like family, and want people to value your precious time then Randy Mitchell I highly recommend. I came from out of state in a small town and had same insurance for nearly 20 years, it had that feeling. Well in this bigger town of Missoula with all the shopping i did....Randy Mitchell was the ONLY one that had this to offer!

Always great customer service with Randy Mitchell Allstate Insurance. I have had Allstate for many years and never had any negative issues. I had a lady run a red light and plow into me and total my vehicle. Thankfully I had fairly minor injuries considering the impact. Allstate covered my car rental and medical expenses before the other party's insurance kicked in. I have also found Allstate has the best prices for excellent coverage. I also love their DriveWise App that allows you to earn money back with safe driving. I highly recommend Randy Mitchell & Allstate.

I've been with Allstate for quite a while now. Started with them in Illinois, where I'm from, and moved to Montana a few months ago. So far everything seems to be going pretty good here as well.

I would like to say that Randy Mitchell’s agency is probably the best insurance agency I’ve ever gone through. He was very helpful in explaining my policies and even went the extra mile to make sure I had everything completed correctly. He kept me informed during the whole process of my enrollment. Mariah was so helpful, friendly and took the time to explain everything about my insurance policy to me, which honestly no one has ever really done. I so appreciated that! I have been so stressed looking around for different insurance quotes as I had a tiny accident this winter that was causing my insurance to go up quite a bit. They were able to get me a lower rate than anybody else in town with more coverage. So grateful!
