Customer service at it's finest!! Even Louie the owners pup is all about customer service. Walking and shopping with girlfriends I went in to have a silver necklace that I wear a lot checked out because it was turning black in the neck area. Rich took my necklace and immediately started to work on it. Long story short...it was dirty, not bad metal like I suspected. He worked on it, polished it, steamed it and polished it again. The girls and I headed over to Montgomery for a birthday celebration beverage, then headed back to R. P. Ellis. Rich, the owner handed me my shiny, clean necklace....and charged me nothing!!! He also cleaned my gold ring and brought it back to a beautiful luster. Amazing customer service!!!! Amazing!!! When you visit Missoula, stop in and give Louie a pet.

If you are looking for quality jewelry, or something unique, this is the place to go in Missoula. I went in every Jewelry store in Missoula over a year and consistently RP Ellis had the most beautiful solitaires, rings, and bands. The owner also made it easy to negotiate a price, and even offered $500 more discount than I asked for. I read a lot of reviews about the owner and not answering and I will say, while I was there the phone rang constantly. Had he answered every call, I would have not been able to look at different diamonds or work through my process of buying a ring. If you were the owner would you help someone pick 20k worth of jewelry or answer the phone and listen to people complain that some gift they got isn't up to par?

I am truly confused. This was the worst experience ever. I would NEVER recommend anyone call this place or go here for service. I live in Great Falls and have been a customer of The World of Time for a long time. I am now in a position to upgrade from a citizen and seiko astron to the renowned ROLEX. I called this place and the other closest dealer in Billings to see if they had anything and to get added to a wait list. The store in Billings, GOLDSMITH GALLERY JEWELERS, gave me such a positive experience I didn't even mind be added to a possible 2 - 5 year waiting list. RP was a completely different and terrible experience. The first rep hung up on me and the second rep didn't seem to really care and I doubt even added me to a waiting list. I wouldn't waiste your time with this place.Thank you ?

Difficult to get on the phone, but there's still a pandemic going on so I forgive them for that. Once I got them on the phone, the man who answered was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. He told me that I could send my Rolex directly to Rolex for cleaning because that's what he'd do. Saved me a trip to his store and I get to control the situation without incurring a handling fee. I appreciated his honesty and, for that, I'm giving five stars!

Did business with this company 2 months ago. Worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Don’t return calls and don’t answer the phone if they see it’s you calling lies about the process of sizing my ring. Took 3 weeks instead of 1 like he said. I would not recommend this business at all!

I purchased a ring here but live out of state. Rich said he would have it sized and to me within a week. So the week went by with no contact. After that I tried to call multiple times with no answer. When I finally got him to answer the next day he says yes I seen you called? WTH why not answer or at least call back. Then I just got lied to so not an honest company. I did finally get my ring 3 weeks later. I would not recommend this business. They do not conduct business like business people should especially when dealing with the amount of money people spend there. Basic business practices is out here customer service is not their specialty.

This is one of the worst places to "Try" and do business with. This is the only negative review I have ever taken the time to write but this guy deserves it. Owner is rude and NEVER EVER returns phone calls. Pays more attention to his dog than a paying customer who has over $10K in their pocket. When someone calls the store he looks to see what the number is and then never answers. I have talked to multiple people with the same experience of never getting a call back. This place is a joke!! The other negative reviews must be true. Stay far away. Hopefully this guy gets what he deserves.....0 Customers!! Here is your Business 101 lesson Rich....people deserve a call back!!!
