Unbelievable experience with this company. My wife and I were completely stranded on a blind corner 30 miles outside Missoula. Pro Towing arrived within 45ish mins. Our driver was exceptional, professional, and took care of us. He even went as far as to fix our broken car, on his personal time, and expected nothing in return. He saved us an unbearable amount of time and money. Fantastic work from Pro Towing.

Was recommended Pro Towing by A-Plus Automotive after my alternator died and left me stranded, it was definitely the right choice! My tow truck driver, Kevin, had me towed and dropped off within 45 minutes of calling. Very professional and friendly. If I ever need to services again, I know who to call.

Highly recommend. Broke down on Lolo Pass on a Friday night, snowing, 200 miles from home. They were quick to respond, professional and very courteous, a huge help to me and my family as we came up with a backup plan to get home. I would definitely use them again.

I was involved in a collision and the crash investigation police officer called Pro-Towing to pick up the vehicles per their standard protocol. Pro-Towing has held onto my vehicle since the accident as I work with the other party's insurance, which has been about 2-3 weeks.
They have been very kind and helpful with the process once I explained the situation. They were quick to pick up the phone and answer any questions for me or confirm authorization to release the vehicle to various third parties (insurance, auto body, etc.). The only concern I had was they had a few details incorrect about my vehicle on the billing information they sent over, but that was easily resolved over the phone and is no longer a concern. Hopefully I won't be in another collision for a long time, but I would happily work with Pro-Towing again.

I called to use "Roadside Service"offered thru my insurance. I booked a tow for next day in the morning. When 6hrs past and they still weren't there, I called a friend who suggested this place. Called Pro Towing and before I go done calling, they had arrived!!#1 now in my book. Local & Knowledgeable. Thanks!

Pro Towing was dispatched by Toyota roadside assistance. The driver insisted that I show a AAA card to be towed. Informing him that it was not through AAA and it was a Toyota roadside assistance call he told me good luck and drove off leaving me with little options. Not professional nor helpful at all. Other tow companies in Missoula should be considered.Service: Car towing

Accidentally parked illegally and called after hours in hopes to get keys and medication in towed car before they are open in the morning. A complete valid question, missoula after hours lady was unnecessarily mean and unhelpful. We ran into others with the exact same experience from this day and that woman. Hear great things about this company but someone else needs to be hired for that position.Service: Car towing
