I ordered, and it took over 20 minutes to get my food. The kid at the counter said they were down 2 fryers and only had one working. Another 2 people had ordered at the drive thru and were told to park, and their other would be delivered in 3 minutes. They were complaining because they had been waiting for over 15 minutes outside. There was an additional 2 cars parked awaiting their order. Chaos, never again.

Wonderful food and even more wonderful people I come here all the time almost everyday and this place is always exceptional, super polite and helpful people the guy with the face tattoo is very friendly and knowledgeable hope to see more places with this kind of atmosphere YOU ROCK POPEYES!!

Even when these guys are completely slammed and short staffed they still great you with a smile and gratitude! I love these guys! Management though could give them a hand during their late night rush between 12-2am and give them a little praise because this late night crew is the only reason Ill continue to go there even if I have to sit in line for 45min

Too Damn slow!!!! Only a couple cars in the drive through and still took them more than 30 minutes to get 5 chicken tenders. The people in front of us were wait even longer! Dude! It’s dinner time …cook some chicken!!!

I would usually say Popeyes is a get place to go but as of tonight when we stop in the drive thru and got told to pull to the side and then had to wait 30min to 45mins to get our order. You get told they forgot about your order? No okay and very bad service in my opinion.
