All of the staff I have interacted with have been so kind and helpful, especially Nikki. I needed help finding everything I needed for my new betta fish and she made an effort to take me around and show me what she recommends and what the deals on each were. Always loved this place. It doesn't feel "box store"-ish. The employees are great and they seem to have NOT everything, but everything that's worth having.
