Updating my review to reflect the very obvious improvements that have been made in the store, particularly in the aquatic sections. Though pricing information is still missing from many products (aquariums in particular), the shelves are now properly stocked and labeled.

They have whatever you need for your cats and dogs. I think Petco is a little on the expensive side. The in-store workers are professional and helpful. We've been in when there was SO much merchandise crowding the floor you could not walk through, but today it was nice.

Petco in my opinion can never ever let me down, they are big box company with a huge heart and great prices and great service. If you run across the occasional and rare delay perhaps consider your expectations and your level of preparing for your needs (rather your pets needs)

Merchandise all over the floor, waiting to be stocked at noon on a Tuesday. Saw one employee on the floor and one cashier. I purchased canned dog food and had to bag it myself because the cashier, female with a bull nose ring, was too busy drawing a tree on a notepad. Management needs to step up at this location.

Want to do a shout out to Tai the animal manager at the Missoula store! She is so so helpful and truly puts so much into her customers. ? She gives you so much info on every animal. Thank you a bunch Tai!
