The Holistic Pet Nutrition Center - Missoula
1520 S Russell St, MissoulaI love this spot, not only do they have excellent pet products, but the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I value the health of my dog and cat as well as supporting local businesses, so it is great that I can shop here and find such high quality food, treats and toys.

Dee-O-Gee Missoula
3275 N Reserve St G, MissoulaSuper cute shop! Has a lot of high end items that usually can't be found locally at other chain pet stores. It was nice to be able to buy what I needed locally. They have an awesome selection of products for raw fed dogs as well. Easy dehydrated or freeze dried options for if you feed raw, but are traveling and need something easier to travel with or to have a pet-sitter feed your dog. My dog is a foodie and has loved every food, treat, and supplement we have gotten here. Some things are pricey, but they also will have amazing quality products for good deals as well. The food/treat ingredients are top tier, very easy to read and makes it easy to shop for dogs with some food allergies.

2 Barking Sisters' Dog Spaw
450 W Broadway St, MissoulaMy goldendoodle suffered a neck injury at a young age and had to be handled gently when in a collar or harness. Cindy groomed him since day 1 and was always so careful and loving w him. When we pulled up, he was so eager to get out of the car and run in to visit and get his hair “did”. Unfortunately, I had to put him down a week ago at 11 years of age due to cancer. I cannot thank Cindy enough for all the years that she took care of him. Highly recommend her.

Grant Creek Veterinary Services
2825 Stockyard Rd # H2, MissoulaDr. Keast is the most thorough, kind, and compassionate vet we have ever worked with.He did an amazing job with our dogs two TPLO surgeries (such a thorough pre op physical exam on our anxious dog), and unfortunately discovered in the end that our pup had metastatic cancer.Dr Keast went above and beyond (as he was just our dogs ortho vet) what was expected in helping us through our dogs cancer diagnosis and her unfortunate passing a few days later. We are so grateful for his guidance, insight and compassion in those final days of our pups life.

Ancare Veterinary Clinic
1440 S Russell St, MissoulaEvery animal and person that come to AnCare are treated like family. The Vets and the Vet assistants really know what they are are doing, and are caring, towards the welfare of each dog, cat, or other. They listen to your concerns, and do a thorough exam. The office staff are helpful, and caring as well. People know their animals will be taken care of, and you can feel confident in all the staff. Animals are family, and AnCare is where you want to be, with any concerns you may have for your pet. AnCare is well established in Msla, and though some people have retired, the ones that came have filled the shoes and believe in the health of your pet, and you can feel confident in them. All our animals are important, and in Montana we have many excellent Vets, and Animal hospitals to take care of the ones we hold dear. We know what animals do for each of us,a love and bond like no other, so take a breath and make a few new friends. Dr Sandy, and her excellent staff wanted to make sure their patients would be treated well, and the care would go on, the same as it has for years, and I think you will be happy with the result. No job, to big, to small, to old. Love, knows no boundaries.

Clark Veterinary Service PLLC
7283 Evaro Rd, MissoulaThe kindness and compassion Dr Clark showed my goose when we had to put her down was unbelievable. Most people do not consider geese to be family pets but ours was. She was attacked unfortunately and her injuries were extreme. Dr. Clark was so sweet and gentle to an animal most people find aggressive and use strictly for livestock purposes. We highly recommend Clark Veterinary Services.

Blue Mountain Veterinary
4646 Buckhouse Ln, MissoulaMy pets have gotten excellent care at this clinic. From a complicated surgery for an elderly dog that went perfectly and my dog had amazingly fast recovery time and to my poor kitties who are prone to bladder infections being able to get in for an appointment fast for diagnosis and treatment. They always treat my pets kindly and hear out my concerns, not dismissive, very thorough. The prices are good compared to a lot of other local vets. I also love that my vet was fine with my dog being raw fed and not pushing kibble diets.

Big Sky Veterinary Clinic
2411 Dearborn Ave, MissoulaEveryone at the clinic was so kind to our little stray kitty. They gently have her shots and took a blood sample. She purred the whole time! They gave us the feline leukemia test results immediately, which was important because we have an older cat at home to protect. Care instructions were clear and manageable. We came back for her checkup a month later and we're just as impressed with the service!

Unleashed Missoula
2118 S Reserve St, MissoulaAs a crazy dog mom, there are few places/people I trust my dog with. Unleashed has been amazing and my dog is very excited to go every time. The staff was quick to remember myself and my dog, they keep my updated throughout the day about how my love is doing. I will continue to go here and recommend unleashed.Edit 10/09/23:Sadly Unleashed no longer offers boarding and their prices have increased. Still an amazing company and people, but no longer fits my needs. I now go to Alpine Canine, and they’ve been great too.

Iron Horse Bar & Grill
501 N Higgins Ave, MissoulaA friend and I had a decent lunch here. We tried the queso which was good, but was a little on the thin side. Fish tacos were just OK. The piece of fish is on the small side and there wasn't a ton of flavor in the tacos. The Cobb salad was very nicely prepared. Service was reasonable, but not the most friendly
