Missed a monthly payment by 2 days and got hit with $40 in fees and then ten days days later they take out another $90 for no reason. Tried calling them but ended up talking to a receptionist who didn’t know any answers and she hung up on me.

If you want to encounter some trainers with poor manners and terrible attitudes towards some clients, whether or not you are receiving their service, then this is definitely the place for you. I suggest avoiding by all means necessary. Also, limited amount of parking space and high chance you always get tickets by the city.

The gym and facilities are always kept extremely clean and equipment in good working condition. The trainers and staff are very friendly. Dan works the front desk on weekday mornings, and goes above and beyond to make sure that all members are taken care of.

I was in town for work and was only able to catch one workout of the two days I was in Missoula, but I was able to use a free pass offered online. This gym has everything. Literally everything you need for any sort of workout you do-powerlifting, body building, turf area, huge cardio selection...this gym has it all. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. If I lived in Missoula, this would be my gym.

If I could give it a zero I would. I am a person of color ad senior citizen with disabilities and signed up for membership for myself and 12 year old son. I also asked what it would cost to add my disabled wife. I was also to recieve guest passes which would ahve allowed me to bring my wife a few times a month It was like jumping through hoops. all the different prices and excuses I was given about passes, adding my wife, etc. They gave me prices and then changed the price. They blamed it on the County, the state, etc. I went to other clubs and found out that peak was giving me the run around I am immune compromised , so i as told what great health precaustions they were taking. They said they were taking temperatures of everyone that came in. That was not true, I showed up with my son and no one was having their temperature. They said people would wear a mask when not exercising. this was not correct. I saw a man huffing and puffing and not wearing a mask at downtown location. I was treated in a very unprofessional manner. They always had an excuse for their different prices or denied that they quoted me that price. I have belonged to many health clubs around the nation that are predominantly white and have run into this only once. Here in Missoula where people do not actually realize how disrespectful they are being. I am from the South Bronx and this definite is not the treatment one would get in NYC. Sad, because the club is nice , But, I cannot belong to a place where I am treated with such little respect from the staff. If they dispute this review? Have them all be willing to take a polygraph test and i will too. they told me that they did not want me as a member , saying that I an older person of color was being rude for pointing out their discrepancies. I never thought i would experience so much callous and unprofessional behavior from the all "white" staff at peak.

the person natalie who signed me up was nice. I took a tour and the place was like a mausoleum . Everything blocked off, no water, no food, no sitting area, nothing. Also a guy not wearing his mask while not exercising. Anyways, i like that my 11 year old can sign up for free. Disappointed that my wife would have to sign up for a initiation fee, plus 66 a month. No day passes for me signing up for friends, off to a bad start. They took my temperature, although how that really is relevant? one could have covid and be 98 or less. I have not used facility yet because of hour limitations which are 5am to 10pm. not bad but i used to like to work out late .peak should rethink its fees right now and guest passes.
