Elizabeth text an hour before my appointment saying that she would be 30 minutes late. I showed up at the new appointment time and waited 15 minutes. I sent her a text and she never replied or showed up. She was very rude during the communications we did have. She text me from a number I had never communicated with. When I asked who it was, she replied "I saw your message asking who I am?...it's a bit confusing to me when someone wants to come see me as a client but then doesn't know who I am. I don't want to drive 30 miles in the town for nothing." I tried to write a Google review as well, but since it is marked as Permanently Closed, it does not allow new reviews. Do NOT use her!

We took our dog into this groomer and the final price for the work was exorbitant. She later claimed we had made a monthly appointment with her, which was not true. She is now sending us aggressive and and increasingly hostile texts.

Update: to the owners response below -Most of the reply below I do not understand, but I have never personally actually been to the business nor met anyone in person, and I certainly don’t know where the owner lives. I would recommend not engaging this business at all.I wish I was able to write a review about the service I experienced with this company because I was so hopeful, but unfortunately I was never able to experience it. My first appointment was canceled 1 hour before due to a medical issue, which is totally understandable. It was rebooked for 2 weeks later at 9 am. My husband waiting for 30 mins to drop our pup off and no one ever showed or answered the phone. My texts & calls went unanswered for 2 days. The owners response was finally that she can’t be everything to everyone and be two places at once. No apology. So strange. Good luck.

This business owner is rude and charged me even when I had told her that my dog had gotten stitches just days prior and that I did not want the grooming. I had not signed any contract. She still said because I was canceling that she was charging me anyway. I would have thought a little compassion for an open wound would be warranted and the healthy dog would be the first concern. I still showed up before the time to show her my dog and she had locked the door and was hiding inside. When she did come out after about fifteen minutes after time she proceeded to yell at me and tell me I was doing her a disservice and interrupting her pack. This business owner is rude and a con artist!! The owner of this business is also a habitual con artist. Her response contains mistruths and a lot of grammar errors. What she says about receiving alerts and texts is a lie on her part. She also does not have a protective dog. Be very very careful using this business

Charged my partners credit card 3 times for services not rendered. Elizabeth canceled an hour and a half before our appointment and had the audacity to charge us for grooming services, shampoo, nails, express glands etc. Read closely Missoula, we did not take our dog in because she canceled on us! And she charged us full price. She stole our money. When we called to question the charge, Elizabeth yelled at us that we were "upsetting her pack" and hung up. This person has a lot of personal stuff going on that is preventing her from safely and responsibly grooming pets. The way she deals with people is telling. She should be arrested for theft. Do not patronize this business unless you want to deal with a person exhibiting many signs of being unstable and unwell. Save yourself the trouble. Your dog will thank you. I should have listened to the others.

I do not even want to give this business or the owner one star. Not only is she full of garbage and lies she is about the rudest business owner I have ever encountered. Elizabeth does a horrible grooming job and should be reported to the BBB. This is a good example of someone who has serious mental issues . Elizabeth you should be ashamed of yourself for treating customers as you do. Your parents would be ashamed of you. Find another job because grooming and dealing with people is NOT FOR YOU.Furthermore this person owns a horse boarding business. Can you imagine how she treats other peoples horses when she treats humans like trash?

Liz took the time to figure out what was wrong with Molly's skin and coat. She also let me come feel each shampoo and told me about the properties of each one. She helped come up with a routine grooming plan to care for Molly's skin and coat.Molly has been going regularly now for a few months. Her coat is velvet and lasting 3-4 weeks. Molly loves to go to the groomer. Liz also takes the time to teach dogs how to have manners on the table instead of just sticking harnesses ever.

After having an appointment for almost 2 weeks, she decided to cancel the same day. Unprofessional. Also, after Elizabeth's reply to me and her lack of accountability... as well as reading many 1 star reviews and her horrible responses without a single apology..... I am excited to help people stay away from this crooked business.

As mentioned in my other review, Elizabeth is extremely helpful and very sensitive to individual dogs needs and giving the dog a good grooming experience. I just read the other reviews and noticed that people gave her either a 1 or 5 star review. I’d like to suggest that this is because Elizabeth is honest about the needs of your dog and prioritises your dogs health over patronising owners and making them feel good. These reviews speak more of the people making them than of Elizabeth. If you love your dog more than yourself and value honesty, Elizabeth is the dog groomer for you!

Waste of time. Do not take your pet here! Elizabeth rescheduled on me as I was driving to the initial appointment. 15 minutes prior to our initial appointment. We rescheduled. The second appointment, I was sent a text reminder that morning, but when we arrived, no one opened the door or responded to my texts or calls. This is no way to run a business.

Had such a great experience taking my nervous Mini Aussie to see Elizabeth for a full groom. He had bad matting by his legs and she got him completely brushed out without having to cut his hair super short. He was so happy after the appointment! His hair is super soft and looked great so definitely rebooking!

Since the first conversation I had with Elizabeth I KNEW she was someone who really CARED about the quality of my pups life. That matters to me, as many can relate my pup is my baby. I being totally new to the grooming experience, she has continued to show me her quality and care for my boy. Today was suppose to be our puppies 1st grooming! I got off early from work as I was told she could get us in earlier then our appointment. I got my kids out of school as well because as a single parent that's what you have to do. We got into town and over to Paws and Pamper. Got the dog unloaded and got inside. Being a busy working parent was against me today because I forgot to bring our vaccination records with us to our appointment. I quickly was told that she couldn't do the grooming without them. I get that, I understand the liability etc. But what I don't get is being lectured on the attention and needed grooming needs of my dog. I have never felt shamed and belittled by a place of buisness or anybody for that matter. According to her I shouldn't own my dog because I just don't have enough time for her. Very unprofessional!! We will not be returning nor recommending this buisness.
