Terrible bookkeeping and no interoperability with Providence 'My Chart' makes it worse. Their failure to post a payment and submitted to claims over 2 years ago. Nightmare to clear up and seriously would advocate that Providence cease use of this pathology practice. Judging by the reviews this is not new. :-(

Perfect credit and never missed a payment in my entire life. I actually called and attempted to pay the bill off directly to the office and they advised us not because our insurance company had not been billed yet. And the funny thing is they actually have record of that phone call and acknowledge it. Months later we were sent to collections over $60. And no future bills were sent so we had no way of knowing any balance. Same as all below and above comments. It’s really sad when a company doesn’t pay attention to what its customers are telling them. One stars are not good. Obviously, the owners and the operations managers don’t care about what the customers experiences. I would highly recommend not using this company just based off of their billing it’s a complete nightmare full of incompetence.

Would give them zero stars if possible. Horrible billing and customer service!!!!! Never received a statement and was not even aware I had a balance until I received a collection notice in the mail.

This organization has the saddest billing I have ever encountered. They have been contacted multiple times with the correct insurance information. Even with all the information provided to them they have not billed correctly.

A celebration of incompetency. Words can't even put into perspective how ridiculously inept this company is. They never sent my bill to the insurance company and then sent me to collections and tried to ruin my credit without ever sending me any notification that they had not been reimbursed by my insurance company.

Same as all the complaints. Never received a bill and pulled my credit for a new car purchase and THIS WAS ON THERE for $120!!! Are you kidding me!!! Never heard of them and have no idea who they are!!

I really think this place is a scam. The one time I spoke to someone, the first thing he asked for was my social. I have never seen a bill from this organization and I just got a call this morning that it was being sent to collections and the collections agency sent me something 7 days ago (that I never received). I asked for an itemized bill to be sent to me, we will see if I get it. Also, when I look up their address, it shows they have an address in 4 differently locations in Missoula and 1 in Seattle but they do not have a website and the number they call from is always different.

The outsourced billing company is a complete disaster. I paid my bill on time by phone and the person said it wasn't going through on their system and to call back tomorrow. I checked my email a few minutes later and saw that it had been charged to my credit card and processed the next day. They still deny receiving my payment after sending the proof 2 times and speaking with multiple people in customer service. Six months later and I'm still fighting this.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. They need a new billing system or this is complete fraud. I had already paid one of the doctors $270 dollars, I receive a new bill that has no billing codes, my insurance company had no claim for it and they refused to bill my health insurance. I had called and emailed several times. I always got the answer, we will send you a new bill, email you, send an actual bill after billing my health insurance, will have my manager give you a call back and it NEVER happened. Dealing with this for over a year and then they turned me into a collection agency after refusing to do their job all over a $27 dollar bill that I had no idea what it was for since I had already paid them a previous bill. Why can't they just use Providence's billing system? I have no idea.

The billing for this company is a scam. I paid by check which they didn't cash. Then they charge me a late fee plus interest. Without any notification they sent it to collections. I can't reach them by phone, on hold forever.

I agree with others--This company is worse than awful. No contact information (except a billing call center), erroneous, late billing and no responsibility taken for their errors. Protect yourself and refuse to have ANY lab work done by this entity. There's a reason they don't provide contact information. Negative 10 star rating!

I think this "company" is a scam. I received a "bill" with no information about the service (date, place, doctor, insurance) and when I called for clarification it was a 3rd party customer service line that had no information about the service. The "bill" I received had a typo in it and the website to pay was barely comprehensible and asked for my account number when they meant credit card number. I called my insurance company and they said they didn't have a claim submitted for this place and thought it might not be legitimate. Beware!!

Received a random bill in the mail for husband with no date of service or what it was even for, stating that it was unpaid. What?!!You folks need to get a better billing service--random bills don't cut it. I should not have to spend 10 minutes on the phone only to be told they wont give me information because its my husbands bill not mine. NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM MORE THAN MAD. IF YOU WOULD HAVE MAILED OUT THE BASIC INFORMATION TO BEGIN WITH, I WOULD NOT HAVE TO WASTE MY TIME.
