Best storage facility around Missoula! Friendly employees. Clean, gated facility. They have always had a unit open when I needed it. Convenient rental process online orstop in the office during business hours. The most affordable storage facility. They even have a moving truck that is available to customers!

While remodeling our house we realized that we needed some place to store some of our furniture. We found them conveniently located to home and the staff was quick to help us pick the perfect storage unit.

Been with them for years at the same price but now rent has gone up twice in two months for no other reason than they can. No improvements in security/ cameras or the grounds. Just raising prices because they are greedy. Forgot to make a payment by one day and they locked me out. So much for being a long term customer.

It used to be great, up until a few months ago. New owners took over, raised the rent by 30% approximately but provide no better service. Nicole in the office is very nice, but the owners don’t seem to be. Rent is due on the first, always has been, but there was a 10 day grace period. Because of how I get paid I pay the rent sometime after the first but before the 10th. This month I got a lock out notice on the 2nd! No notice that would happen either. I am now looking for an alternative storage solution. Too bad they are so lacking in customer service.

A good place to store your stuff. Haven't had a negative experience with them as of yet. And I'm optimistic that things will continue to go well.

Not good is an understatement. Storage unit rates have increased twice in the last three months for no apparent reason. They say the "due to operational cost of providing us with the best possible self storage experience". B.S. I guess the best means having storage units broken into numerous times, including mine. No security what so ever. Their security gate is always open when you drive by too. They haven't done anything to warrant these rate increases just lining their pockets. Save your money and go somewhere else.
