I ordered a stove online. The delivery guy showed up, parked across the highway and said he needed me to get dressed and help him push the stove all the way up our driveway, which is steep and long. It was a early in the morning and a rainy, blustery day. I'm a small woman staying here alone, but I got dressed and helped him push the stove up the long driveway. When we got to the top, I thought we would just jack up the palet and place it in the house. He informed me, after I got done helping this big strong man do a job he should have been able to do himself, that he would not take this simple action of lifting up the lift three stairs to put it in the house and informed me that would be an extra $150. We had appliances delivered from Lowes and Best Buy and both companies sent two strong workers who put the appliances exactly where they were supposed to go with no hassle. And they were able to park in the driveway itself. After helping this guy do his job he wanted to extort more money. This guy got nasty and said, "well I could have left it at the end of your driveway." My driveway is far from the house and right on the highway where someone could have hit or stolen my new appliance. Being here by myself, I could not move it on my own. As I mentioned, it was wet and rainy weather. If you want to have your thousand dollar deliveries sit in a muddy puddle in the rain or have to help big strong mean men do their work, go ahead and go with this company. I recommend you just buy from Lowes or Best Buy who will politely and properly deliver your expensive items in a respectful manner. This company should be ashamed of themselves!!!!
