Very family friendly, just generally great and friendly I can bring my baby in there and they are also cheaper than all other vape shops. Each dollar makes a huge difference so I'm loving it

Awesome service!! I absolutely love the new store on the corner of Broadway and Russell! Its so inviting you guys did an amazing job! The Vibe And Energy are always on point!! If anyone hasnt been in the store im telling you that you need to get in there and check it out!!!

Everytime I go in they are very charismatic. I go in for nicotine vapes all the time and not a single one has been messed up. They have some of the best glass in town as well and just a very good spot too go in and check out and buy some stuff

My significant other and I have been going to this establishment for our vape needs for the past few months. At first it was great as the price on them was alright and they lasted a while and there were plenty of options. Fast forward to today, and they NEVER have more than a couple of flavors anymore if they manage to have any at all. Last month we had to return 5 times over the course of 7 days because they were completely out and they kept telling us "tomorrow for sure" but they were always friendly so we stuck it out...but it's only gotten worse as time has gone on. Now we walk in and we would be LUCKY to be able to find any elfbar flavors at all, and instead they try to sell us a different brand for the same price but those options are horrible in my opinion and don't satisfy me at all. After almost two months of struggling with this place I am done...I'd rather take my business elsewhere or quit altogether than continue to waste my time every week hoping to find what I need only to be disappointed almost every single time except for 1 visit in the last 6 weeks

I am not a daily customer but when I do come in to places I expect to be treated with respect. But just recently I tried to buy a little pipe for my daughter. I told the pink haired lady at the counter with the piercings that I wanted a pipe and would like her recommendation. The only thing she did was sit up from the couch she was on and point to where the pipes were and then sat back down on her phone. I was all okay until she checked me out. She was sighing and constantly swaying back and fourth showing me that she didn’t really wanna do this. I’m not one to write reviews, but I expect respect.

I would recommend anyone looking for quality glass and quality products to head over to Northern Pipes Glass Co, they have a great selection and a vast variety of products to choose from, the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about their inventory and are always up for answering questions and making sure you leave with a positive experience. Would defiantly recommend checking them out !!!

Best customer service I’ve ever seen. Treat you as if you’re a friend. Recommend them all the time to people, chayla manages the place so well, and has great workers, hailey definitely helped out a lot when I was searching for a bong that fit me :)

Northern has very good vapes, (Hailey) is always helpful when I go in. She knows her stuff, I can tell when Hailey is there because she always promotes Northern pipes all over social media. She's a Hard worker.
