I was told there would be no charge and today i got a bill. The machine is loud and horribl and hard to use. this technology seems so antiquated. I think i shoulod just return it. It took literally months to ge an appointment. all in all a dismal failure .So now I have to pay when I was told there was no charge

I was visiting family in the area and forgot my CPAP hose and mask. Stopped by here (the medical supply side) and they had everything I needed. They were EXTREMELY helpful!

My Doctor ordered a mobile wheelchair due to the problems my illness has caused. Mat at Norco came out to measure me and worked with my physical therapist to obtain my wheelchair through Medicaid. The type of wheelchair I needed was approved within a few months and on its way to me. Because of Mat's constant attention to the paperwork and process, I was able to receive my wheelchair quickly. Mat came out to my home with the wheelchair and proceeded to explain all the various operations that were included for my comfort. He was very professional and knowledgeable in all the workings of my wheelchair. I have a new sense of freedom with my wheelchair. I would recommend you talk to Mat for any mobile recommendations on wheelchairs for anyone's needs. Thank you, Mat for helping me.

Recently received a C-PAP machine. When I was contacted by Norco from the referral of my sleep doctor, all of the information given to me was useful and so easy. They had it shipped to my home which arrived earlier than I expected. The machine itself is a new model, the instructions are clear and the follow-ups by Norco reps have been amazing! Will definitely be using their services for any future needs.

my physician ordered a mobility scooter prescription, which was sent to Norco Missoula. After the third attempt, Norco finally received the prescription. The screening lady for Norco called and would not even give me an appointment for a wheelchair clinic. I was told basically that the only people who receive. Mobility, scooters, or wheelchairs are quadriplegic or paraplegic people. If I did not fit into. Those two categories, I would be denied. I am on home, oxygen and walking even medium distances is extremely difficult for me. He meaning my physician. Said I would be approved due to my circumstances, but the lady at Norco me an appointment for the wheelchair clinic. Now I have a mobility but paying for it out of my pocket for the next five years takes away half of my food budget. Now I eat one meal a day of the top ramen noodles were they are 13 for a dollar. It's either have money for food or have the scooter and be able to participate in life. I'm not a fan of Norco Missoula.

Went in with a older friend of mine so she could get he cpap machine fitted. The staff was super helpful and seemed very knowledgeable. They explained how to clean it, wear it, use it and fill it. I would recommend this place to others for sure.The only off putting thing is I can't tell if they are remodeling or it's just a old disorganized building. Things were piled up and junky. Even the small office we were in seemed a bit of a mess and dusty.Hey but they had a plant in bloom that was pretty. Lol

I have been in there for liquid nitro for branding and dry ice so I have only really done business with the industrial/welding guys. They are always incredibly helpful and very nice. They even gave me a very generous discount for the dry ice when they found out I was using it for cold capping for chemo. It helped tremendously. Awesome customer service!
