I stumbled upon this store while l9oking for a different health foods store. But this place was great. The staff were friendly and their product selection was great.

Used to love this store. Been a loyal and regular good customer since they opened. August 17, 2024 got treated like a liar and a thief by a "manager" called Emma, over a problem with my NPower account that made it appear as if I had already received a free chocolate bar (that I didn't even want), when I had not physically even been at their store between August 14, 2024 and August 17, 2024 in order to receive any promotional item during their anniversary sale. As if I was somehow trying to double dip crappy store brand chocolate bar promotion. Thanks for questioning my integrity over something as dumb as that, Emma, when you could have engaged in some semblance of customer service. Taking my $20k a year grocery budget that I used to spend here elsewhere - you keep your free store brand $2 chocolate bar.

We found ourselves on an extended visit to Missoula and did all our grocery shopping at Natural Grocers. We were able to find high quality organic produce, pantry staples, and vegan specialty items like vegan deli slices and vegan cheese. I was really surprised at how fairly priced everything was as well. I would have expected a big mark up.

Good to have them in town.... Pretty good selection without the extreme premium of the other option in town... Nothing against the other store just, my pockets don't go that deep...lol

I was here serveral weeks back and I love this stores selection and prices but most of all I am pleased with the experience that I had with Sarah. She was delightful with a great sense of humor and her willingness to make sure my shopping experience surpassed any other store I've been to.

I love this store - I can find the vegetarian food I like, but it's pretty expensive.

We drive 45 minutes to buy supplements, frozen and refrigerated organic choices. Expect higher prices for the quality you are getting, but well-worth the trip. The staff is helpful in helping you find items and there's always something new to try. Who knew I would like hash brown cauliflower? Can't find that in our little Montana town!

Very helpful staff. They can order and look up anything from vitamins to those weird healthy chips you heard a friend raving about. Chances are they may already have it in stock. Plus their prices are pretty good compared to other organic produce in bigger grocery stores.
