I have tried Nail Trix on and off for about a year and have been consistently disappointed with the quality of the pedicures. I get a pedicure about once a month so know what I like and need. I had one today and the technician filed the skin off of one toe. Painful! The whole pedicure was rushed and rudimentary. I know I asked for a basic but this was even below basic. I won't be going back.

This place drilled so far into my nail beds that it’s been painful for over a week. Wish I could give it negative stars. Spent 95 for my set they looked okay just damaged my natural nail so horrible.

This was the worst experience that I have ever had for a pedicure. The technician, a man, didn't check the temp of the water, it was on the cool side. He did not bother filing my nails once he clipped them, he started to file my toes more than my nails. I told him that he was hurting me. He stopped filing altogether. He did not message my feet or legs, he slapped some scrub on my legs and then left it on for the majority of the manicure. He never once spoke to me other than to laugh at me for being too sensitive. Instead, he carried on a conversation in a different language with two coworkers the entire time. I received a gift certificate as a present for a top-dollar treatment, my husband paid $70 for this. I was one of the last to be seated and I was the first to be done. He did not try to help me slip my sandals on when he finished. He did not say a word, just got up and walked away. His co-worker stopped to help with my sandals. What a disappointment. I would not recommend this shop EVER!!!

I hardly get my nails done anymore but I was convinced by a friend to go and get them done because she swore I'd love e it. We'll, they were more then correct. I'm now going at least twice a month. Last month was three times and I couldn't wait to head back for just the whole experience. Can't say enough positive feelings for Nail Trix.

I would pass this place up. No more mall salons for me
I asked for luxury pedicure. They went through the motions, but it was very fast, barely any detailed work, felt rushed like they just wanted to get it over with (they were NOT busy at all, had 3 of the workers just sitting in chairs)
I asked for clear polish, I got 1 coat.
This was a $75 pedicure that only lasted 25 minutes. I feel robbed

Not only was I relentlessly and maliciously harassed by one of the male employees in this salon, i was just informed that one of my family friends is filing a restraining order for the same guy. I informed the owner of his indiscretions when it happened to me only to learn that despite being a long time client, the salon chose to ignore it. Mind blowing unprofessionalism & more importantly VERY CREEPY AND UNSAFE.
BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE.

I had a terrible manicure. She didn’t push back cuticles just snipped them a bit. She left specks of old polish on my nails. When applying polish she actually missed the sides of my nails. Polish application was a bit messy, polish didn’t look even (due to specks of old polish). I went home removed the polish and re-did my manicure. But the absolute worst thing is the FILTHY acrylic partitions right in front of your face. How do they not them? I had a bad experience previously. But thought I’d give them another try. No more.

I always get a simple pedicure with regular polish or no polish and these folks are great. I think they take good care of their clients.

Save yourself the $$ and just do them yourself at home These were just done, and already has bubbles and cracks. Extremely disappointed in how the quality of this place has gone downhill recently. Went in while it was dead and was hustled out the door. The technician spilled polish all over my nails and I had to go into the restroom to clean it up. Will not be going back.

I never get anything fancy, just a pedi, sometimes a mani with gel. I've always had a great experience and nice people there. They always ask if I'm okay and provide a great foot massage with my pedi. I have no problem with them at all, so I'm surprised their ratings are so poor here.

Don't waste your$$$$$. Bad job, unprofessional, lousy customer service...horrible Place wasnt busy when we got there. I'm from out of town but my daughter is a local and had better service last time. This time was rushed, not a good job and painting wasn't even..... my daughter had clear polish dropped all over her hand...... would not recommend at all... do it yourself even if you are an amateur this was a horrible experience and a waste of$$$$. Money was basically just thrown away and cashier didn't even ask if we were satisfied... maybe she knew already how bad it was

Had a very bad experience. Went in for a fill and a pedicure. Water was cold and didn't bother to rinse the sugar scrub off and put lotion on top of that. Now my legs are sticky and sugary. Didn't get callous off feet at all. Then went to go get fill they didn't like that I had previous sparkle on my nails grinded it all off and made me do a full set. ? the work itself includes missed cuticles was sloppy and grinded my natural nail til it hurt. It already looks like I need fill again. I didnt ask for polish or anything like that just powder acrylic nude and its horrible. $110 later and I'm very unhappy wouldn't waste time or money here again.

called ahead for my pedi - I got right in .. my nail tech was quick and good!
Next time I want John tho :) I watch him work and he truly loves what he does .. I need to experience his love!!
