No BS, solid gym. Rolled through town as an overnight stop and a short-notice day pass was no hassle (that can be rare sometimes). Clean facility and I will definitely return if I find myself in Missoula again.

I was traveling through Missoula this past summer and dropped into MUST for a couple of days, and it was such a pleasant experience! Not only are all the staff incredibly kind and helpful, but they are also extremely knowledgeable in their craft. This is a very well-equipped gym, and the environment is very inviting. If I lived in Missoula, I would DEFINITELY purchase a membership and continue training there. And if you are traveling through, I would highly recommend MUST for a drop in:)

Meh. It's okay. The positive reviews posted aren't false. They have a range of great equipment. I signed up simply because they have the only reverse hyper extension machine I was able to find here in Missoula. It's great for your lower back. The gym is rarely packed because they have a membership cap. Staff is also friendly & helpful.Unfortunately the parking is very limited, the membership fee is $50 per month, there's just one bathroom in the facility, the changing stalls in the change room are tiny, & the music is super loud. If I crank my headphones up to max volume I can still hear their music on the speakers, it's so inconvenient. I suggest going as a guest a few times to get a feel of the place before committing to a membership.

As a total novice in the gym, I felt very comfortable working out here. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The MUST Fit training program has changed my life - my mobility and strength have improved far more than I could have ever imagined and I no longer live with neck/shoulder/back and hip pain. This is an excellent gym for all abilities and ages.

Visited from Austin for a workout. Mike, Chris and Luke were all awesome. Super welcoming and had everything for a really good powerlifting competition prep workout routine. I will visit MUST whenever I am in Missoula.

I was just in town briefly and wanted to get a workout in and didn't know I was about to walk into one of the coolest gyms that have everything I need for an excellent lower body lift. I think there were 6 or so Rogue squat racks and a hip thruster bench which I loved! Everything was super clean and organized and everyone working was so welcoming and friendly. I will defiantly swing by for another workout next time I am in town:)

For my mother's birthday, I made this strawberry pie recipe instead of a cake. Since it was mid-May in Oklahoma, the berries were absolutely perfect. It was a memorable occasion for the whole family. Ingredients 1 sheet refrigerated pie crust 3/4 cup sugar 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1 cup water 1 package (3 ounces) strawberry gelatin 4 cups sliced fresh strawberries Whipped cream, optional Directions Preheat oven to 450°. Unroll crust into a 9-in. pie plate. Trim edge. Line unpricked crust with a double thickness of heavy-duty foil or parchment. Bake 8 minutes. Remove foil; bake 5 minutes longer. Cool on a wire rack. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch and water until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in gelatin until dissolved. Refrigerate until slightly cooled, 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, arrange strawberries in the crust. Pour gelatin mixture over berries. Refrigerate until set. If desired, serve with whipped cream. Using extra refrigerated pie crust to create a decorative braided edge is a beautiful way to enhance this strawberry pie! FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE TIPS What's the best way to slice strawberries? To slice strawberries, carefully remove the leaves with a ¼ teaspoon measuring spoon or a strawberry huller. Place the berry hull side down on a cutting board and cut into slices. Have leftover strawberries to spare? Use them up in these other strawberry dessert recipes. How do you keep strawberry pie crust from getting soggy? An egg white glaze can stop a soggy crust from forming. Prebake the pie crust as directed and let cool. Brush the crust with a lightly beaten egg white; bake 4 more minutes to set the glaze. Continue with the recipe as directed. Check out more tips for preventing soggy pie crusts. How do you thicken strawberry pie filling? The cornstarch in this recipe acts as a thickening agent for the filling. It easily dissolves, doesn't have an overly starchy flavor or texture and creates the perfect consistency, allowing the pie to hold its shape when slicing. How do you wash fresh-picked strawberries? Fresh strawberries should be stored in the crisper drawer of your refrigerator. Do not wash them until you are ready to use them. Then gently toss in a colander under cool, running water. Let the water drain and place on a paper towel-lined sheet pan. Let air dry or pat gently dry with a paper towel. Learn more about how to store strawberries. What are some variations I could make to this recipe? Try creating a braided crust by cutting a second refrigerated pie crust into 3/8-inch strips. Braid the strips, pressing pieces to seal around the perimeter of the pie crust. Adhere to crust with lightly beaten egg. Need a timesaving variation? Try using whole fresh strawberries and arrange them pointed side up in the pie crust.

Attended traditional gyms for 10+ years and this is hands down the better option to go with! Versatile equipment, room to do your own thing and plenty of traditional equipment! Great environment and staff.

MUST is everything I've ever wanted in a gym and more.(Cross-posting from Yelp)- The facilities are super clean; everyone wipes down equipment and machines after they use them.- There is a ton of space and they cap membership meaning you have room to roam, don't have to wait to use equipment, and don't feel self-conscious if you want to be in a spot by yourself doing your thang.- The team is welcoming, friendly, and dedicated. You feel like you're part of a community when you go here.- Everyone is focusing on their own workouts and there's no pretentious/competitive vibes.I was visiting from out of town and wanted to get back into shape. The MUST team was really accommodating doing personal training sessions with me on a short timeline and I really appreciated it. My intake and sessions were with Chris and he was the absolute best. He consistently offered me helpful tips to improve my form, stay motivated, and grow confidence. I only wish I could take this gym and everyone with it back to my hometown.

I almost don't want to post this because MUST is such a hidden gem.
