I already love this store and always get great service. However, today a girl - who I think was named Kate- was awesome and helped me so much in designing an electric fence for my bees!!She went above and beyond- I am so grateful!!

Went in to look for some new jeans. Asked a sales clerk about getting help to find my size because I haven’t been shopping for jeans in several years. She led me to some cubbies and told me to look “there.” And said inventory was low on certain sizes. I guess I expected a little more help than that! Then she went back to work on the project I’d interrupted her from. I went home and ordered jeans online.

Great farm and ranch store. Most of what one needs in one place. Very helpful people. Great selection of clothes and shoes. Guns and ammo, too! As of March 1st, baby birds arrived!

I went into Murdoch's to get an accessory for a rifle and the guy working at the gun counter was unbelievably rude. He barely acknowledged me when I said hello to him. He really seemed upset when I asked him to get something from behind the counter and he clearly didn't want to answer any further questions about other products I was looking for. Everyone else in the store was friendly and professional. I'll be back for dog food, but I won't be visiting the gun counter again.

This place is a joke! Came up with a list of things that they're website said had plenty of inventory in store for a visit during a friend/family sale. Made my way into town and found that most things were actually out of stock. Sales associates were no help and just shrugged saying "I don't know". What a waste of time. Then the jeans that I did buy rang up at the wrong price and had to go back for a price adjustment. Ridiculous!
